I ordered on the mobile app because I thought it would be fast and easy and it offered me a $5 deal for a small Dave’s double combo which came out to $5.40 vs the normal $8 price. I get to the restaurant and the drive thru line was long but it was okay because I knew it was dinner time. I get to the order box and tell the girl I had a mobile order and she asked me what I had on the mobile order but sounded very confused. I told her what I had ordered and she replied that she would have it ready. I pulled forward to the payment window where the same girl that was taking orders was at and she asked me again what I had on my mobile order. I told her and showed her on my phone where it has already be charged to my card. She then called a manager over who also couldn’t seem to find it in the system. He opened the window and told me that I was at the wrong Wendy’s because they didn’t have it in their system. I showed him on my phone in the Wendy’s app that I was at the correct Wendy’s (North Oak St Valdosta GA) and that my card had already been charged. He then called over another manager (I believe her name was Amanda) she found the order in the system in 2 seconds and walked away. At this point I’m frustrated because I’d have been sitting there for several minutes now and the whole drive thru was backed up around the building and if she could pull it up that fast then there must be a training issue because neither the girl taking the order or the guy manager she called for could figure it out. Also once it was pulled up the girl taking the order closed the window but I could hear her asking the same male manager from earlier why the price was $5 and not the normal $7 or $8. That went on for about another minute but I couldn’t tell them I used a coupon because they had the window shut and I couldn’t reach the window from my car without having to get out. Finally she opened the window and told me to just pull up to the next window. So now I’m at the pick up window and the girl opens the window and has like 4 drinks in a drink carrier and tries to hand them to me and I was like no I only had 1 drink and she replied “ummm you’re not the mobile order are you?” I replied yes I am and then she asks me what I want to drink. I just wanted to drive off at this point because the order was clearly on the screen in front of her but I nicely told her I had a small coke. Well after about a minute later I received my food and drink so I pulled off and parked to check. In the order I placed (which is also printed on the receipt I was given WITH my food) I asked for no Pickles or Mustard and asked for a BBQ sauce. Well guess what? I had pickles and mustard on my burger and no BBQ sauce. I was so mad at this point I just drove off because It wasn’t even worth it to go inside at this point. Training must be a serious issue at this location because the employees cannot clearly read what is written right in front of their faces. Read moreOn 8/14/23 My wife brought us a combo meal a piece. I bit into my Burger twice, it was the second bite that I pulled out what I thought was lettuce, instead it was Plastic. I called back that same night, Anthony a manager wasn't concerned about my experience and issues with the plastic, he tried giving me another meal. After I gave him a few words about Customer service and friendliness he told me to come to wendy's the next day and speak with the district manager, and so I went to wendy's spoke with a very good, friendly, helpful, and Professional person who was a Manager "Mrs.Konjeta Cooper" She showed concern, and apologize for the inconvenience. I later received a call from the District manager, Mrs.. Moore she apologized and tried giving me coupons for other restaurants but I said no, because My experience with Wendy's has put fear in me about fast food restaurants. Read moreWas at this Wendy’s about 8pm. Ordered an Asiago ranch chicken club classic sandwich, a plain single and specified no cheese, meat only, small fry, a large fry and a small chili. We checked our order before leaving the parking lot and we were missing the Asiago ranch chicken club sandwich and the plain hamburger had cheese on it . Had to go in to Wendy’s to get the rest of the order. When I went in, someone was acting like a rapper and 3 of the workers behind the counter had their phones out video him and found it more important to continue doing that before helping me. Several other workers was standing around before assisting me. Got home the Asiago chicken club had only Asiago ranch, one piece of lettuce that was bad and the piece of chicken. There was no bacon or tomato. Paid for a whole sandwich but got just a half of one. Very disappointing meal and service. Will be a good long while before returning to this...
