Seriously, this Wendy's is absolutely terrible.
I go through the drive-through at least twice a week and I get the same thing every time. Whoever works the drive-through literally has NO idea what they are doing.
i never get the sauce i ask for, it's almost always missing i recently asked for no ice in my drink, first try i got ice, next try i got 4 ice cubes, like... REALLY? the fries are almost ALWAYS cold, and unsalted, like wow i'm trying to kill myself on your terrible food and you aren't letting me by making it completely unedible.
I honestly don't know what else you could screw up at the drive-through. I'm super dissapointed nearly every time and I always, ALWAYS check the bag before i drive from the window. Trust me, you won't regret peeking in really quick and making a count as it's almost impossible to get right back inside the place when you pull forward.

they have gotten much better over time, quick, reliable in the drive through. Whichever guy they got working the window is pretty good, he almost never messes up my order.
Everything still applies, however, if you go to eat inside. It is slow and they still mess...

I worked as a retail manager for a Fortune 500 company. I handle many complaints. Never did I blame the equipment. Never did I NOT take ownership of the issue. Some of my best and loyalist customers started off as a complaint. After seeing how I handled the situation they knew they could put their trust in me, my team and my store.    Read moreI used to never have a problem at Wendy's but the last two times I've been to the one in Valdosta on Ashley Street across from the new Zaxby's they have screwed my order up both times it's a fairly simple order a number one double with mayonnaise ketchup mustard and cheese only for the first time they put bacon on it and I baked bacon on a hamburger now play the grits and some scrambled eggs there's nothing know better but bacon on top of my cheeseburger there's a lot of things worse but it's not something I want for the next time they put lettuce and tomatoes and all that garden crap on my sandwich it was real simple too number one double mayonnaise ketchup mustard and cheese only I ordered that hamburger from Wendy's for about 15 years an end that 15-year straight there's been three times that I remember getting the wrong Burger in two of them was in the last 7 days at the same Wendy's I don't know if the company has changed or if this is just isolated to just one place of business but either way I don't like it so take from this what you Wheels but I would not suggest feeding your puppy dog McCall's they will probably...
