Zacadoo's Grille — Restaurant in Valdosta

The inner perimeter location specifically has us disappointed every. single. time. Today we ordered a tender dinner and zac snack for lunch with two large sweet teas. The chicken tasted completely different, the teas were unsweet with hardly any ice. The fries were completely unseasoned. The toast in the tender dinner had no butter on it or anything at all. I don't always expect a ton from food service workers as far as being overly friendly because it's a draining job, but this location always has the worst attitudes. Most of the time when we go the fries are super underdone and unseasoned, the only reason they were cooked well this time is because we had to ask them to cook them longer. We don't have consistent issues with any of the other locations, but this location has gone downhill in the last few years and it's so bad that we do everything we can to go to the other ones, regardless of how much time it adds to our drive. We love Zacadoos....but this location is giving...

One bad morning, won't deter us, but just a heads up... Usually Zacadoo's is on point, but this morning, not at all. Breakfast in a cup, the usual... the eggs were clumped together in a not so appealing way, and looked very old, like they had been sitting for a good while. No cheese in mine, and the grits were extra firm. Even, with my only one butter, they were still a little more firm than I like. My husband loves eggs, but he wouldn't even eat the ones in my cup this morning, and picked part of his out, I don't think there was any cheese in his either. The sausage was in rather big pieces too. He ate his cup, and I ate most of mine, with the exception of the eggs. I know this doesn't happen very often, and it won't stop us from going back, we are after all fairly regular customers, and we know that everyone has off days, but we probably won't leave the parking lot again before opening our cups and...

Let's start off by saying I have been coming here for over 15 years. The previous guy that use to take payments and hand over your food he would always make sure you had it all before leaving.

Since they got this new guy he has now forgotten my cheddar rounds twice. The first time I let it go because going back and waiting in that long line just for a $4 cheddar rounds is not worth my time. My schedule is very tight and this inconvenience does not help the cause.

This second I had enough and went back and got my $4 cheddar rounds. I feel like if they forget your order they should be able to run to the back and hand you the order they forgot to give you instead of you having to wait 10 to 15 mins in line all over again.

This place is a joke now! It's not a coincidence that both times I had trouble with my order has been with this new guy. Last 15 years has...
