Menchie's Frozen Yogurt — Restaurant in Vallejo

Me and my family loved coming here and have visited many time before with no problems until our latest visit. My Mother in-law requested to sample two chocolate yogurts she was denied under the pretense that they do not offer samples which we understood regretfully and discussed if we we were to leave or stay I believe the owner aggressively told us to return the cups to her saying they don't offer samples we reiterated that we knew she then raised her voice and extended her hand to return the cups (5 in total) insinuating that she was going to return the cups to the stack after our hands have been inside said cups we collected all but two cups that she already held of ours and promptly threw them away when she started to scream we all walked out and as the door closed cups were flying at the door and the woman was heard screaming profanities and throwing things over all it was a laughably horrible experience which also makes me wonder how many other items are not sanitary or up to...

Wowowo I had only went here once, but holy smokes was it a nice experience. After going to eat somewhere else, my sis and I decided to get some dessert. The froyo here is so legit, if you gave a kid this stuff, they'd think it was real ice cream! And all the lil mascots are so cute, made me want plushies f all of them. After getting our orders-mine being a chocolate diabetes party in a cup- we went up to pay. The casheir, do remember her name but I'm pretty sure it'll be on the receipt, was SO NICE! She even had a cute lil convo with my sis before we left. I really like the place, hoping i can go there again, maybe even today! Ever since this spot opened up about 5 years ago or so, we've been steady fans of this spot! The staff here is so nice and accommodating, and we've never had a bad experience here.
