This is a difficult review - I want to start off saying that the staff (front sales person) was pretty good and very attentive to my repair. They repaired it in 30mins when I came in with a very broken Iphone 6 Plus screen and very attentive to my situation as I was in a time crunch.

The representative asked if I wanted an OEM or cheaper alternative screen and stated that they share similar quality but the cheaper screen was slightly weaker than the OEM. I said okay that was fine - but in reality it was not.

2 days after I had my phone the screen had a crack from the right bottom corner to the top right corner, and the phone was not dropped or slammed. It spent most of its time in my pocket or it was left on either my work desk or nightstand over the course of the two days (I use a headset with the phone).

I brought the phone back to be inspected and explained the situation and showed them how the screen was not cracked from a drop or fall and what appeared to be a defect from either the manufacture or install from pushing it into the frame too hard. It also has signs of little fissure like cracks along the main crack signifying that the quality of the screen was very poor.

They unfortunately were not very supportive and I even asked if we could replace the screen for maybe cost but refused that option. They did offer $20 off any repair I wanted but after spending the money 2-days prior on a replacement this obviously was not a solution for me as I needed a screen, LCD back plate with flex cable and the expense was close to $100.

So in summary - yes they do a great job up front however they are not catering if something out of the normal happens. If you do decide to have your phone repaired there I highly advise that you go with the OEM screen and I highly encourage them to explain better about how weak the...

I debated giving 5 stars, but ultimately decided to give 4. I took my Galaxy S9+ in to have the glass on the camera lens replaced. They replaced it in the time frame promised, however when I went to pick it up I of course tested the camera and there were several fixed black dots which appeared to be debris between the lens and the new glass they replaced. He tried telling me it was from the camera lens itself and not debris that wasn't cleaned out appropriately. I paid and left to quickly realize there was no other explanation other than there being debri behind the lens as it was not there prior to me dropping it off with basically no camera glass protector. I returned to the store 5 minutes later to explain it must be debris. The unfortunate part is he adamantly tried convincing me that was not the case and the camera was the issue. The fortunate part is, even though he never admitted it, is that he agreed to replace the entire camera free of charge. The staff was very friendly and the important thing is they made it right and my camera works like new, at least thus far. Ultimately gave 4 stars because I felt is was incredibly obvious the installation of the original glass was sub-par(debris behind lens) yet he tried to convince me otherwise. So I took my phone to the AT&T store to have someone look at it and they said that they couldn't do anything with it. They said I had to drive all the way up to Mishawaka which is about an hour and a half drive for me. I called and got a quote to have the screen fixed and it was rather pricey being the phone was just a little over a year old. I called "We Fix Phones & Tablets" and talked to them about pricing, they were actually going to charge me about $30 dollars more and they didn't have my screen in stock, but the way the gentlemen on the phone said "I can work with that" which gave me confidents and I figured with gas prices, they would be my safer bet because they stand behind their work. I had a phone repaired about 2 years ago and when I still had issues with it, they fixed it until it was correct. So I went in and spoke with Theo and he took my phone, played with my buttons and had it working in less than a minute. I asked him what he did, "Trade Secret" was what he said.
