My mom brought home a couple meals from a promo at the YMCA, and they were good. I tried to open an account from their website and it froze in mid-setup. Now I get texts and emails every day, but I can't navigate to a responsive platform where I can either complete the account or close it. Tonight I looked up their brick & mortar store and the posted hours said it was open for another 90 minutes, so I drove there. The lights were on and two people were talking at the counter, but the door was locked. They waved to me and signed that the store was closed. I got back in the car and was still there three minutes later when they left. I explained the error in the posted hours.
