So disappointing. My husband and I take turns bringing our daughter here for dinner every Thursday for the last year. She has sensory issues and for whatever reason Panda is her go-to. The food and the service have gone downhill but tonight was just over the top bad. The person taking our order was also wearing a headset and taking temp when we walked in. We waited until she was done obv and when she looked up at us she asked what we would like. My daughter insists on ordering for herself and not only did the employee ignore her she flat out walked away after asking. I thought maybe she was taking an order on the headset so I told my daughter to wait a sec. When she got back she looked at me again and asked what we wanted. I motioned to my daughter to go ahead and the lady literally walked away again. For every part of our meals she would ask and then immediately turn around and walk away. It was bizarre. She continued to do this to the other customers as well. I watched someone walk out completely. I got the honey-walnut shrimp and it was so over cooked the breading fell off of it. Read moreI ordered online 2 days ago with normal sized portions on a bigger plate, had eaten it for lunch and dinner, so happy with it. I was craving some of the delicious honey walnut shrimp today, decided I just wanted a bowl. I at least expected this to be full. I understand portions and things, but to have 7 shrimp. Huh? I have never had an issue like this, any other store, they fill containers and at least have a bit more of the entree. I love panda and it's a comfort food for when I'm upset, this just made my day worse. They were also not helpful when I went in to try to get it fixed, I don't like being upset, or making people do more work, but seriously, they were rude and just stood there. I asked if 7 shrimp and like three walnuts were normal and they went yes. I would never yell at a worker but that's not really costumer service when they just stare at me like I'm an idiot for being upset. I've been crying over a dead cat all day, I didn't need to be treated like and idiot, not to mention I slipped getting in the building, with no wet floor signs in sight. Read moreI asked for fried rice but she gave me very little, I asked for some more and she did it but still very little, I guess she thought I was a cat. I have been to this place two times, same worker, same problem. The fried rice from other Panda Express’s is twice as much as mine. My husband went to ask for the manager and the two workers at the counter didn’t want to get her. Finally when the manager noticed us she came over but was no help. She just defended the worker and said the amount she gave was the “rule”. The manager checked the box with my order and when she opened the box I noticed that the worker had put more rice. I suspect this was because she didn’t want to get in trouble. When the manager saw the rice amount she said that’s fine but the amount wasn’t the original amount that was in there. The worker was very sneaky and had a big attitude but she was smiling the whole time so I guess it’s ok to be nasty as long as you smile. What can I say but leave a one star!
