Sad in all honesty anytime a new pokemon set or highly sought after funko pops such as exclusives or chases come out the employees hold majority for themselves. I went in not only today for 151 booster bundles but also for previous pokemon sets and every time I go only to be told "welcome to gamestop where we are out of _" meanwhile they had an entire booster bundle case sitting behind the counter and I was informed it was for the employees as well as an ichigo chase funko. I used to shop at gamestop all the time but if their own employees can't act with integrity why should I continue to support them not to mention the shift leader I didn't catch her name was beyond rude while my friend was attempting to trade in an Xbox series x she stated the console was bad and told her associates to not "waste" any further time helping us only to find out when we changed the wifi on the Xbox to the Hotspot it worked...

You had people staying out there all through the night and didn’t even get one. We counted the line , if everyone was allowed one per person the whole line that sat out there for hours upon hours would’ve gotten one product, but you decided this time would be two. I usually don’t complain it’s not my kind of thing. But I have children and this is all they want and I can’t come up there at 7 o’clock the night before and sit out all night long . Read morePre-ordered the Switch 2 and came for the midnight launch, only to be told I had to have come for the 3 p.m. “pre-ring” to be given a console first, despite never being told this and having pre-ordered it on launch day. The rep at the door told me I “should” get a console but couldn’t guarantee it even though I paid for the console in full on the first pre-order day. When the district manager came out, he was extremely rude and even bad-mouthed her employee right in front of them. The district manager should be fired for this behavior; this was extremely unprofessional. Honestly I feel bad for the staff that have to work under him. Finally, after 2 hours of standing outside in the cold and rain, I got my console, I apparently may or may not have been able to get. Extremely bad experience.
