Wendy's — Restaurant in Valparaiso

Its 11/14 at about 5:30 we have been here for an hour just trying to get through the drive through because when we tried to go inside the door was locked. Shortly after we came back to the car someone put a note on the door saying there are issues with the lock. After our order was incorrect and so messy it was inedible we went back through the drive to fix the order where a woman came out of the door that was locked, proving there werent issues. When she brought my order the womans tone was absolutely unacceptable. "Um can I have that other sandwich back first" this is the worst experience I've ever had with Wendy's and would love to be contacted by the store manager about my experience as the whole thing left me completely frustrated and never wanting to come back to this establishment. Everyone was great! Lovely manager, our cashier was very patient with my family and i. Restaurant was very clean even saw a lady cleaning used tables while we were there. The food was good, my fries were hot and my family really enjoyed their burgers! I got the saucy nug a (honey bbq) typically with the regular up-charge compared to the regular nuggets. Receiving saucy nugs from a different location they were up to expectations in wendy’s photo for them. I came here expecting the same thing and was unfortunately disappointed when i opened it up and saw little to not sauce. ) man with dark hair made them). They were basically regular nuggets just up priced and in a fancy container. Everything else was PHENOMENAL do not think twice about stopping by!! My advice would be to avoid that worker...

It's fast food so you go into it knowing that. However, a little customer service would be nice. A smile, a friendly attitude, simple things. As far as the food, we ordered the Apple pecan salad, which I have always loved there. We were hungry for lunch, too far from home, and didn't want anything greasy. If you're going to get a fast food salad, you should definitely try Wendy's. The one I got yesterday was just as good as usual, so that was good. I don't ever order pop from Wendy's though because it's always flat, and it's way too expensive for a fountain pop. McDonald's fountain pop is definitely better. Anyway, if you're going to go to Wendy's in Valpo, never go to the one on Calumet. It's beyond disgusting. Always go to...
