UPDATE AND EDIT EISHA was an amazing manger who helped me out and treated me with dignity and kindness/understanding. I felt like she genuinely saw the issue as valid and comped me. I will return to this location again and I am excited to be seeing new faces and new manager!
Came here for a replacement meal for my girlfriend. It had been several days since we were able to come back and get it. I also ordered food for myself. We were told a man would talk to us about the replacement order. We pull up and the manager who was that man started questioning me up and down. I said i don't remember her name from when I called but she told me she wrote my name down. He asked for her name. I said 2 different but similar names adding that I honestly don't remember. He than stopped making eye contact with me and started to say sorry we don't have that persons name here. I said okay but she told me she wrote my name down. I gave him my name. He didn't even check a list he just told me that he doesn't have a list if names. His whole tone and demener and continuation of questions and doubting me and passively making me look like I'm stealing from arbys for a roast beef sandwich was pretty astounding. All 3 workers stopped and were looking at me and him. I was calm and collected. I even offered exact time and date and proof of phone call. He just was ignoring me and didn't even reply to me when I genuinely said thank you as I got food. It was just have a nice day quickly. HERE IS THE REAL ISSUE. I wanted sauce, a worker stuttered its all already in there. I checked and there was none...not only that but my jalapeño poppers I paid for not in there. THAN we realize no fries were in there. They had to get both of those items. We had the bag in sight the whole time too because I believe in integrity and honesty. So we ended up getting all correct items and replacement and left feeling like we did something wrong. AND with still no sauce kind of humorous ill never go back around that time to arbys or if ever again. 4/18/2020 2:20pm andresen arbys...
Read moreI’m a doordasher, but the service was genuinely really bad. I go through the drive thru we say we’re picking up an order for Lori C. The man on the speaker says “What’s the last name?” I say “C” as that’s all the information I have, he then says “what’s the first name?” I say Lori. This wasn’t what bothered me, I used to work fast food I know the headset/microphone can be really garbled. The line outside the drive thru takes forever, like 10-15 minutes per car, and there was 3 or 4 infront of us. I get to the window, they ask me what’s the order, I tell them it’s a pick up for DoorDash they say “ Alice right?”and I say “its for Lori C” and they walk away and then come back and say “Alice or Ashley?” I once again say “Lori C” he shuts the window and walks off then a new person comes up asks to see the order they then go “Lori? Ok.” And walk away again. I wait a few minutes then the same guy I originally was dealing with comes up and asks to see the order and then tells me to pull forward to wait. I wait 10 minutes Then see them come out so I get out the car and walk towards them but they went back inside so I go inside and I tell them I’m here for Lori again and they say “uhm…Lori?” Then another coworker says “I guess we’ll make it.” They just seem very unorganized and lost, once I was inside I got it within 5 to 10 minutes but there was an older lady in there and she walked up as I was leaving and I heard her say “I’ve been here twenty minutes before them and I haven’t recieved my order yet?” And they said “well they’re a doordasher.” Which I feel like isn’t valid to reply to a customer when it seems like they’re struggling in general to get orders out in a timely matter. I would also like it to be known the order I picked up was just two sandwiches, if it was a big order I would’ve understood a lot more, but it was just...
Read morePoor Michael. It was obvious choosing to walk in today because the drive thru line had 6 cars not moving. So upin entering, Michael's trying to help Online purchaser find the order and Dee, drive thru person was not helpful, just spewing orders to Michael to get this, do that, and he didn't fully get an answer on the online purchase order. So after watching all this pan out, Michael finally comes to take my order and of course, so proud that he spoke back to Dee saying "don't treat me like that". I was so kind to Michael and praised him for standing up to mean Dee. Dee heard me and just looked at me. So rudely. The food was good. But irders were backed up. 15 sandwiches waiting to be bagged for drive thru. Michael had to leave the counter and made people wait to order because the 4 employees couldn't man the fry station. The sandwich obvious overworked was stretching and the older female employee was not clear on her instructions for Michael to understand how to work the fry station. 3 female employees telling Michael what to do, it was clear he didn't like working with them because he didn't even know Dee's name. But he did know how to ask for help even though he didn't get much of it. Soooooo, if you go to this Arby's they are understaffed, long lines, some unfriendly employees. Michael was kind, shy, quiet, and did his best to serve me and others. Good eye contact and recognition of customers waiting. Dee, didn't look happy either, older female was working on the slicer and didn't look happy, and the Male sandwich guy was too tired needed to stretch between sandwiches. I want to see Arby's restaurants stay open. I really enjoy a protein sandwich, so thank you Arby's but something has to be done to have a full staff for every shift. My visit was on 10/7 @12:48 pm, I ordered 1 classic sandwich. Keep...
