When I went to pick up my order, the guy at the counter completely ignored me after helping the person in front of me. He handed the next person after me their order, and then asked me if I was picking up. I gave my name, and it turns out I had ordered from the wrong location. No big deal, I placed my order again and asked how long the wait was. The girl said about 5 minutes. So I stepped outside, thinking my name would appear on the screen or they would wave me in when it was ready. I waited outside for about 20 minutes, assuming they were warming my cookies (cc minis). They could see me waiting outside the whole time, and at one point, the guy even walked right by me to deliver a curbside order. Meanwhile, security comes by and is watching me and taking pictures and my car info and such, without even talking to me... I finally went back inside when they turned the lights off, around a quarter to 10 and they handed me my cookies. They weren't even warm!! So I waited a total of about 30 minutes to be ignored and then get served cold cookies... SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED in this experience. Pick a different location, this one...
Read moreSo.. cookies are big... though ... my free chocolate chip at least was underdone and falling apart due to being too mass produced for the free cookie event, so I'll let that slide (minus a star) though the four cookies I ordered as I stood in that line were done very well. They initially forgot to give me my chocolate milk (possibly my fault, as I had a 6 y/o that had to urgently run to olive garden for the bathroom so I asked if they could sped them up, which the nice girl at the pick up counter did to help), however the wonderful girl running the "order here" register the 2 employees are in the picture together (great job for first day ever) in the picture quickly fixed the problem upon examining my reciept after my return from olive garden 6 mins later. And the manager/owner(?) Was very nice, handing out stickers to kids...
Read moreI visited the newly opened location on Parkway near the mall. First off, don't come here and expect to get cookies like you do from the grocery store or even from some place like Subway, Starbucks, or a convenience store. These are the most pretentious cookies I've ever had, and they're priced accordingly. I got two for $10.25 (churro and key lime). for a cookie, no matter how good, that is pretty crazy expensive. You also can't sit down and enjoy said cookie at the store...no seating, take out only. No coffee either? It would be nice to be able to sit down and enjoy a coffee and cookie. Maybe the Hazel Dell location does? Also the selection isn't great for in store shopping. I think there were 6 cookies Anyway, not crazy about the prices or lack of seating, but if you want the best cookie you ever had, go...
