Good luck getting a beer without an attitude. The staff are rude/disrespectful with zero accountability. We sat down and waited for 20 minutes with zero acknowledgement from the server. The first time I approached the bar, I was told they would send someone over. She NEVER showed up, so we had to go to the bar to order and deal with additional attitude because it didn’t fit their “process,” I should’ve just left at that point.) When I approached the bar for a third time to complain about the lack of service Kat actually yelled at me and began waving her hands in my face as if we we debating on a Jerry Springer talk show. I immediately requested her to stop treating a paying customer in this manner and requested to speak with her supervisor (who was actually standing right next to her and was equally disrespectful for absolutely no reason!). While waiting with no attention, I noticed the staff spent more time playing on their phones and talking with each other than helping customers. I understand the entitled millennial mindset is a thing, but these folks took it to another level adding insults to injury. I regret leaving a 20% tip and will gladly spend my hard earned money in another local establishment where servers are respectful and management holds their staff accountable. This was the worst dining experience ever. I’m amazed how a place like this remains open with sub-par quality food and terrible service. Don’t be surprised to see this place close when the economy dips and people pull back on their spending habits.

The time previous I had eaten here, I wasn't impressed with the food at all, and I never intended to return. But I was driving home and really wanted a good salad. It was on my way and I thought, you can't really mess up a salad, so why not. Well let me tell you. They found several ways. I went inside to order, and was very quickly greeted by the bartender. She gave me a menu and took my order. I decided on the Thai chicken salad, and was really excited about it. Let me add the description for reference. Organic mixed greens, mama's lil peppers, cucumber, diced tomato, red onion, cilantro, wonton strips, choice of crispy or grilled chicken. Served with house made Thai peanut sauce. First thing was I wasn't given the option of grilled or crispy. Was just given grilled chicken. And I cannot stress how dry it was. It was hard to chew. But that wasn't even the worst part. The dressing was so incredibly spicy! On a scale of mild to fire, it was medium to hot. I love spicy food, and i can absolutely handle spicy food. But there was no warning that it was spicy at all, and the level of spice was not fit for a salad. It was supposed to be a peanut sauce dressing. My eyes shouldn't be tearing up while eating a salad. I couldn't eat the chicken. I was only able to eat about half my salad. I was completely disappointed, and for sure will not be returning. The only positive thing I have to say is the staff was great. Very friendly. Food came out quickly. I just wish the food was better

The "manager" girl at the bar poured my friend and I a drink. His looked and tasted right. Mine on the other hand looked like only the sweet n sour of my amaretto sour. I asked another bartender at the bar what my drink looked like he said he didn't know. I then asked him if it looks like an amaretto sour and he said no and asked if I wanted a new drink or he could put a bit more Amaretto in it and I said that be great. Then the manager took over and asked me if I wanted to be charged for an additional shot. I said no I just wanted it to be an Amaretto sour not just a sweet n sour. It continued with her saying she knows what she's doing even though she's doesn't measure the shots and didn't measure mine that she knew my drink was right. I pulled up a pic of several Amaretto sours to show her what they look like and asked if she could see the difference to which she replied, I'm trying really hard not to fight with you. "What about customer service I asked? I'm just trying to say this drink isn't an amaretto sour. " It was like being shamed. And she said she did what she thought was right. Very disappointed that that is the girl setting the standard for the other employees. She was snooty, and made this first, exciting visit to the new hooligans one of the most disappointing times out and also my last ever to hooligans. . The first two pics are correct ones, the third was mine. (and no, there was no time for the ice to melt to water down the look)

I wish I would've been able to order any food, but the service was so terrible that I left this sports bar hungry. Showed up around 8:30pm on a Thursday, and they close at 11... at least they lock the doors at 11, because I had to check when I arrived that they were in fact still open, as barstools were overturned on tables & a mop & bucket were already out 2.5 hours before they actually closed. I was with a small group of people, only 6 of us. I was the 4th to arrive, and had to flag the server down frantically after being ignored the first 2 times she came to the table to attend to the rest of the group. Took 15 minutes to get my drink (which was a while for being as slow as it was; maybe 5 other groups seated in entire restaurant). Decided to order some food around 9:00pm, just a BLTA, but I was informed that the kitchen was only making "fried foods" as the rest of the kitchen had already shut down for the evening. I didn't think that a BLTA was a tough request, but oh well. A few minutes later, she came back and I ordered the Southwest Chicken taquitos, which are clearly fried (these are the cheap ones that restaurants always get frozen from food suppliers, and just fry to order). After 10 minutes, our server returned to let me know that they couldn't make the taquitos either. So I then ordered the dirty fries. Another 10 minutes went by, and she returned to say that they can't even make fries. Keep in mind, they're still open for over an hour at this point and they can't make any of the items that I ordered, despite me changing my order to something they said they could make! So I told her to forget it and I'd stick with my drinks, and she asked "oh are you not hungry?" To which I responded "No I am, but it doesn't seem like you want to feed me."

All of this, and I haven't even mentioned that both of the beers that they recommended to us by the server & bartender ended up being all gone, then once we'd ordered something else and drank 1/3 of it, they ended up "finding" the first beer and awkwardly took the partially drank one away. Drinks & the little food they could make all came out slowly, not together, and each time in a different shaped glass. They were also mopping directly around our table, so it smelled like we were getting together at the YMCA pool. Lastly, we departed after being asked to move to the other side of the restaurant as the side we were on had closed at 10:00pm. Why they didn't inform us of this when we were seated is nuts, but even then, we all would've ordered another drink, but instead just felt like we should leave before the experience...

Very disappointing, and needs much improvement! Sports bar's are great to go too for SPORTS and great FOOD! This was our first time here, we came here hoping to catch the Mariners game today and enjoy some food. Happy hour starts at 9 which was great because they had a good variety of appetizers, order exactly at 9 p.m. and didn't recieve our food until 35 MINUTES LATER. It was odd because they didn't seem too busy, so we waited patiently until our food arrive and because this review is already going to be long I will list in detail exactly what we ordered. Fried Mozzarella Sticks Fried Mushrooms Potatoe Skins 1 pound of Charlie's Wing (Buffalo)

Doesn't seem like a big deal right? Sounds pretty good. 35 minutes later they bring out all the items list above except the wings. We both look at the food, and something just didn't look right, we both grab a fried mozzarella stick and it was cold. Just picture a string cheese from your fridge biting on that with cold breading on it. Yuck! Fried Mushrooms were room temperature breading was soggy. Potatoe skin's were hard and you could clearly see that the "cheese" had harden, now granted they were served on a "Hot Skillet" but it defeated the purpose when i was able to touch and grab it without harm???? Finally we get the Wings and they were...ok. Basically we waited too long for food only to expect that if it took this long its hot to the touch and freshly made only to recieve cold/room temperature food, that had been sitting there for awhile. All we order were appetizers, i can't imagine what any of there entrees are like. Not only that waiters were not attentive, nor engaging. Sports bar? Not playing current sports, hint...Mariners game in the state of Washington?? To add too the list the speakers playing "Music" was so loud and blown it was noise. I don't normally write reviews but this was an experience I NEEDED to...

This review has nothing to do with our server he was amazing and attentive and took care of us even though they were short staffed. The problem was with the young lady that was taking care of the bar and I assume is the manager of some sort. I wanted to buy 50.00 dollars of game tickets when I tried to get someone to help me no one would, that’s when I tried to get the young lady’s attention she clearly told me she would get someone to help me. I then asked our server and he said that the only person that can help me is the girl behind the bar which I had already tried to get her to help me. I then read a banner that said they were short staffed and their priorities are 1 drinks, 2 food, 3 tickets… which I absolutely understand so I decided to be patient eat enjoy my drink and wait. I waited and waited and waited then it slowed down this is when I realized she had no interest in helping me. It absolutely slowed down and it got quiet ,She then had time to sit and play footsie with whom I can only assume is her boyfriend then she started cleaning the menus and was talking to a couple with a new born baby. Then two more lady’s showed up and they hugged and she took care of them right away and she just sat there visiting… I order another drink and waited…. Nothing….. to add insult to injury she decides to change the channel to one of the tvs to a Hispanic channel!!!! Yes !!!! We were the only Hispanics sitting at the side of the bar. We finished our drinks and our food and I asked our server to please give us or check…. I will never come back to this place this young lady needs to learn costumers skills. I understand that they were short staffed but not being able to help me and NOT WANTING TO HELP ME are two...
