NEVER AGAIN will I visit this location. I would give this review negative stars if I could. We pull in, planning on using the drive through, even though there are 9 cars in front of us. After five minutes, the line didn't move, so I decided to go in and order. No one at the counter, so I order through the kiosk. 15 minutes later, the lady tells me they don't have the nacho fries that I ordered (Loaded Truff Nacho Fries @$4.49). They ask if I want to substitute the potatoes and I agree because they can't do a refund apparently. Silly me, I assumed it would be made like the Loaded Truff Nacho Fries, with cheese and steak. I get home and it's their $0.99 potatoes, no steak, no tomatoes, but hey, they did give me cheese. TWENTY MINUTES IN THE LOBBY to get my order. I call them and ask for the owners name and the lady is sarcastic with "The owner of all the Taco Bell's?". I calmly explain that their location is a franchise and there MUST be a franchise owner. Lady tells me she has no idea and never met them. I ask for the managers number and she tells me "I'm the manager". Seriously? How stupid do you think people are? You're the manager and you've never met the owner? Who effin hired you? They made me wait 20 minutes for fast food, and in the end, ripped me off. Never again will I visit this location. Read moreThoroughly disappointed in the service quality here. My son Jimmy got out of his soccer game at exaclty 2:00 in the morning and begged me for some Taco Bell. I, being the good mom that I am, decided that I would gladly take him to the nearest Taco Bell and get him whatever his heart desired (we don’t usually eat junk food in our house but because it was such a special night and Jimmy made honor roll, we let this one slide) I came to the drive thru where the wait was an appalling 20 minutes!! Then I drove up to the service window and demanded a Power Burrito. The woman wouldn’t give me one because apparently they don’t serve those past 11pm?!?? To that I said that she was being racist towards white people and demanded my burrito for Jimmy. She once again spoke to me in the calmest voice possible and said that she wasn’t allowed to serve them past 11pm. 🤬 how infuriating!!! I then huff and decide to settle for a large sprite with extra ice and Jimmy’s order. When we go to the window, the other woman handing us our food DID NOT ask me if I wanted any hot sauce!!! I did!!!! She simply gave me my food with a smile (service workers are not supposed to smile, Excuse you) and told me to have a nice night at 2 in the morning!!!! Read moreThis is a review for service issues that started in Dec 2016. Nothing has improved. I have worked customer service, including food, for most of my life. I always loved this taco bell. Usually the order was right, if there was a problem, they had my back. Until Will. Will argued with me about my order being wrong, about food service being different than customer service and hung up on me. Upon attempting to follow up and talk to his manager , I called on a later date to ask who the open manager would be, only to be asked twice who I was and then told I couldn't have that information. I did schedule to sit down with Chris. However, a family emergency took me out of town. And honestly, its too little too late at this point. Oh, and insult to injury? If our order would have been right from the beginning, we would have spent 12 bucks less. Yeah, when we went in to get replacement food for what was messed up, Will proceeded to charge my fiance for some of the items that should have been free. He also took our original receipt and did a reprint of the new reciept so that we couldn't fill out the survey.
