POSSIBLE FOOD POISONING!!!! Let me start by say that I have been going to this location for years. My son and I frequent this location weekly some times twice a week. Today I had a very out of the ordinary experience. The lights were dim and no samples were available. The look and feel of the store made me feel like perhaps they were moving locations or something of that nature. The staff seemed ho hum, some bordering on annoyed, outside the one girl with white hair whom I recognized from previous stops. That being said, I paid 13 dollars for two drinks 1 small and 1 medium. Both had a single add on. The small got blueberries and the Medium got kale. None the less, 13 dollars seemed higher than normal for what I had previously been paying for two mediums.
More importantly my sons drink not only tasted funny and did not get finished, it also made him sick. He just vomited straight purple jamba. We both had peanut butter moods, only difference being his had blue berries, mine had kale. We get the same thing every time. Given the impression I was left with today, I am at a point where I do not think I will frequent this establishment ever again. In summary, I paid too much for a shrinking product in which the ingredients used are of lower than ever standard, and then my son got sick from said products. POSSIBLE...
   Read moreVisited this location today and haven't been here in quite a while due to the store not being great with getting smoothie order correct and tasting good. Today is a different story! The staff working this afternoon did a great job making the smoothies! Not only did the smoothies taste great but we asked about how they handle food allergies and Sam took her time to explain the precautions this location takes and what they can substitute if you can't have a certain item in a smoothie or smoothie bowl. We also asked if Jamba may start carrying some sweet and Savory gluten free food items too. They have not heard of corporate making any announcements but did say to go and take the survey online and this may help to get the stores to start carrying gluten free options.well done turning this...
   Read moreI've never had a bad experience at any Jamba location, but the employees at this place were especially friendly with me. Despite having a few orders ahead of me, they delivered me my order at a quick pace with no errors. I had a drink that was a customized version of one of the menu items, and they did a good job giving me what I wanted, though it was a bit sweet for my liking (my fault for not making that more clear). They heated up my cheesy tomato twist pretty well, though it was kind of burned. I like coming by whenever I'm in the area and feeling for a smoothie, so I'm sure this will not be my last...
