I am thoroughly disappointed with the consistent lack of attention to detail and poor customer service at this KFC location. On multiple occasions, my orders have arrived incomplete, with crucial items missing—most recently, gravy that was supposed to accompany my meal and the sauces I explicitly called ahead to request.
When I called the store to resolve the issue, I was met with indifference and was simply told to report the missing items through DoorDash. This solution, which would cause my food to arrive in a staggered manner, inevitably results in a subpar dining experience with cold food. This is not an isolated incident but a recurring issue that highlights both a lack of adequate training and a dismissive attitude towards customer satisfaction.
It is clear that this location is failing to uphold even the most basic standards of service, and the lack of accountability is concerning. As a customer, I expect far better from a brand as prominent as KFC. Immediate action is needed to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly, and staff are trained to address customer concerns with professionalism and care.

Pulled up and my windows were rolled up as they should be in winter. When I rolled down the windows down, I asked hello? She responded with a super rootone saying I said just one moment. Pardon. When she asked me my order, she assumed that I was going to order a one size for all meal, I guess. I had tweaks and hacks I like to do smart water and she was super unaccommodating. Also, I had a second order but her tone was constantly okay... Okay...
So when I was on the road eating my meal, I found that both of my pieces had damage from the chicken being overfed. It's when the meat looks like it bled throughout the whiter parts. I'm you don't know what I'm talking about when it comes to KFC, don't look it up or you might not eat KFC again.
I called and told them about it. You know what she said? Bring the chicken back and she'll be happy to replace the chicken. Pardon me again? Read moreSuper nice.. 9.15.23 I had gone through the drive thru at the orchards location and was informed they were out of white meat.. that would be fine for me, but the rest of my family is white meat only.. since this was Friday and Fridays are"treat nights" at my house I stopped the order at the Orchards KFC, pulled into the parking lot and called the Hazel del location to confirm they had both dark and white meat. The lady was very friendly and told me they had just put some in to cook.. so I headed that way.. I arrived went through the drive thru, ordered the family meal and was told they were out of chicken breast.. iwas miffed? I explained I had called and driven from the orchards location.. the lady who had taken my call interjected and told the person who had been helping me.. that yes she had spoken to me.. and she was so sorry for the confusion.... she hadn't realized they had a smaller batch coming than she was was aware.. and they were making more . I was happy to wait.. she even gave me a extra coupon due to the extra wait.. This location was super friendly, went out of their way with their customer service. I appreciate...
