I'm so glad Vancouver finally got a Kung Fu Tea, the menu is huge and there's so many fun drinks to try. They're also open late compared to other shops, so it's a great late-night option. My favorites are the oolong milk tea, Lychee black tea, and grapefruit yogurt! Their regular boba pearls have a very prominent brown sugar flavor to them, they're probably my favorite in the area. The staff is always very sweet and attentive, and the dining area is always kept tidy. If I had to gripe about anything, it would be that there's often many things sold out at a time. Though like I said the menu is pretty large, so it must be difficult to keep so many ingredients stocked at once. Maybe have a backup drink order ready, just in case your first choice is unavailable! But I love this place and will continue to be back, and slowly work through their menu!

Loved our drinks and experience at Kung Fu Tea. The people making the drinks were very friendly and made our drinks exactly how we like them. Kung Fu Tea is a very popular chain around the country and we're happy to finally have one in Vancouver! There's a Tea place inside Vancouver Mall which has a big line all the time but they serve inferior syrup made drinks which do not taste good at all. Kung Fu Tea is right across the street and serves much better quality drinks and authentic flavor combos. Would highly recommend people to give this place a try. Parking is easy and ample in the plaza.

Out of EVERYTHING. Kid running the front counter doesn't know how to make the most basic stuff on the menu. Kids playing around the lobby (parked their car diagnal across the three spots in front of the store) hanging out on their cell phones with them. Go to A LOT of these Kung Fun tea locations no less than 4 up the I-5 corridor through California and Oregon over the last four days and never been to one such a disaster. Bad customer service can be laid on the employees head but it's not their fault that everything is out of stock.

The 2 times I have gone I've waited close to 30 minutes. The first drink I got was extremely sweet and the boba was not cooked correctly, it was hard on the inside (I ordered an iced matcha). The second time my brother brought home 2 blended matchas with boba and I wish I could describe how awful these tasted. The best I can describe it tasting like was burnt sugar/boba? While also being overloaded with an obscene amount of sugar. I couldn't even get to the boba because the minute that went in my mouth I wanted to spit it out. I told my brother he should go back and get a refund because he spent almost $18 on something that tasted like they scraped the bottom of a pot and made it into a liquid. But he's too nice and didn't want to go back and complain. He even drank part of it, not wanting to waste his money and it made him feel ill.

This place was such a let down after waiting months for them to open. Plus they kept extending their opening date. They should have extended it much longer because obviously no one knows what they are doing or using correct recipes. Will not be going again, please don't waste your money. There are much better tea places to go to that don't cost this much, taste much better, and are consistent.

I genuinely wish I was...

I used to love this place. I was so excited when they first opened and it was a really cool place with great drinks. Now it’s lost all of its heart because of corporate. Let’s talk about the long wait times. You reduced the amount of employees to 1 person only. Literally only one employee allowed in the store at a time. Okay so I placed my drink order in the app. It took 35 mins for the employee to tell me my order still wasn’t ready and then she turned around and said she didnt have that tea (Thai tea) available at the moment and it was going to take a long time to make it because she was alone. this is not the first time that that’s happened. I requested a refund over two weeks ago. And a cancellation of my order. My order was never canceled. I never received my refund and every time I tried to call to talk to the manager. He’s not there. Today They tell me he’s only in on Wednesdays and only in the mornings. So I unfortunately just missed him. No wonder this place is crashing and collapsing. Manager is never there. You’re reduced to one employee at a time. Wait times are ridiculous. And half the time they don’t even have the stuff that you want like Crystal Boba or Thai tea. Do better or close down. Stop wasting people’s...

What a disappointment. Been excited for this place to be open for months ever since we saw it was coming. Finally we show up and of course it's busy because it's a new place that just opened up. Very understandable. We waited 30 minutes in line, 20 minutes the line didn't even move. There were 4 high school kids running around aimlessly in the front. One kid was in front taking orders and another was in the back running the prep area. They had sticky notes with orders scattered all over their work area without any organization. One Door Dasher came in to pick up an order but they didn't even have it our because they couldn't find the sticky note. One girl in the front began yelling for help to the kid running the register and he abandoned post and stopped taking orders because they couldn't figure out which orders were which. The cashier then began making orders trying to catch up, causing the line to grind to a hault. How does a place that had opened many locations around the nation have such a jumbled mess of a system? This isn't your first opening. All these computers and TV screens and scribbling orders on a sticky note then tossing them haphazardly is your best system? What an embarrassment. Most of all, what a...
