If I could give 0 stars for this location I would. We have recieved poor service and continued to give a second chance. Tonight was the last one. The last time we ordered we were delivered the wrong the pizzas, which means not only did our order come wrong, so did someone else's. Tonight we placed an order online with an estimated delivery time of 6:49. When it was 30 minutes late, I called into the store. First person: "sorry, we don't see it in the system." And gets the manager. Manager: "okay, yes I found it. It's out for delivery". When I asked how long he'd been out, she stated, "he left 15 minutes ago." When I asked why it was so late she stated, "we have no way to adjust the time estimates and it's been very busy." Okay, no big deal, I can accept that. Not two minutes later my husband gets a call from the delivery driver: "I tried delivering your pizza to (our address) but a man answered and said he didn't order a pizza" Seeing as how my husband was outside mowing the lawn, we know it didn't come to our house. After I got on the phone the driver said, "there's obviously another (our address)" ... Uh, nice try buddy, that's not how it works. I said I wanted to speak to the manager and he said okay. (I'm confused how this is possible since he was out for delivery with our pizza and delay was because they were so busy, according to the manager). When the manager came on the phone, I went through the events above and asked her if the delivery driver lied or if she did, because the story doesn't add up. Her response, "I didn't lie to you! He was out for delivery and left 15 minutes ago" First problem with this? My house is a 10 minute drive from the shop. Second problem? This was the alleged second attempt to the wrong address with a cold pizza. Awesome. She also gave the excuse that the system gave wrong directions. I'm assuming to the "other" exact same address. We've had deliveries from this location before, so Im not sure what made tonight any different. (our online order confirmation had the correct address) Rather than call after the failed first attempt (if it even happened) and ask for an address verification, our order was ignored. Then, instead of the manager telling the truth, admit there was a mistake, and send out a new pizza, both employees were untruthful and provided excuses. It's no surprise the employee tried to cover their tracks when that's the example set forth by the manager. Needless to say, we will never bring our service to this location again. Hopefully corporate will provide adequate training for customer service...
Read moreWe have been going to Round Table since they opened. Worst experience ever on January 12th when we went to have pizza for just the two of us. I cannot tell you how many mistakes were made because I lost count. Pizza was late getting to us, I had to go ask and then they said it was given to someone else. They offered another one which was cold and not what we ordered. Then when I said this is cold and not what we ordered they offered to make another one which took another 35 minutes. They were not busy. Then when that pizza came out it wasn't what we ordered either. I asked to speak with a manager politely. Someone walked up to the counter with his hands in his pockets and just stared at me I asked him three times if he was the manager. He nodded his head. I explained what was going on he kept looking around like he was looking for someone the whole time with his hands in his pockets. Then a young gentleman by the name of Dustin came up and heard my story and he offered to refund our money. ( great employee). We still have not been refunded! I have called twice and I'm going to call again. They told me it would be three business days. Well it's been way longer than that. I have called and spoke with someone else and she said she would actually have the area manager reach out to me. That was 5 days ago. The place was dirty, the salad bar, which we wanted and decided not to because it was so filthy dirty with fingerprints and food everywhere, and the tables were almost all dirty. Again mind you they had maybe six people in the restaurant and then a small group in the back room. Read moreMy husband and I decided to order a pizza from Round Table tonight. We ordered delivery for a large pepperoni and Canadian bacon pizza. After tip, tax and delivery, the pizza came to $42. For ONE pizza. Our delivery ETA was 40 minutes from the time our order was placed. However, our pizza showed up an hour and 40 minutes later, almost two hours after our order was placed. Our pizza arrived cold and hard. When I called Round Table to discuss this, they stated “we can offer you 5% off your next order”. I said that wouldn’t be sufficient enough as our pizza arrived cold and it isn’t exactly the cheapest pizza out there, we decided to splurge tonight and got terrible food. The employee then stated “you ordered between 5:00-6:00pm, that’s our busy hour so it’s not our fault”. I said I understood that. It would have been a different story if our pizza arrived almost 2 hours later but was hot and fresh, it wasn’t. It clearly sat somewhere and or was extremely delayed in being picked up to deliver, it was cold and disgusting. After I told the employee this she said “okay well what do you want me to do about it?” At that point I had enough of her negative attitude towards me and asked to speak to the manager to discuss this terrible pizza and service. She told me the manager wasn’t in and would be back in 30 minutes. I said okay, can you please have them call me in 30 minutes?
