Super impressed with the service we received here. First of all, they serve some of the best beers I've ever had. It's definitely worth a stop even if you just want to grab a drink. I'm writing this review because they went above and beyond to correct what could of been a mediocre experience for us. One of our plates was honestly pretty disappointing. We don't tend to complain, but the server could tell our table wasn't thrilled and addressed the situation right away. They agreed it wasn't up to their usual standard and offered a replacement. Even the head chef came out and personally apologized. They acknowledged the problem, apologized, and didn't hesitate to correct it. Even comped an extra beer, which was unexpected and appreciated. I rarely see customer service this dreamy. We could have left the restaurant disappointed and never returned, but they used our bad experience to provide even better customer service. Truly impressive! We will definitely be returning frequently to give them our business. Beers were awesome, service was awesome, and aside from the one dish (which I believe may have truly been a one-off), food was awesome too. Thanks so...

We originally came to eat at the BBQ place next door but we're turned away because they were sold out so we ventured next door to loowit brewery. Immediately we were greeted by the friendly beertender/ cashier. He offered my service dog a treat. The hospitality and attention to us was above and beyond and I really appreciate that. We went on 7/19. The atmosphere was cozy, clean, and welcoming- they had 2 old skool pin ball machines which was neat so it is kid friendly. Now onto the food and drinks-- my partner said the beer was great and enjoyed the cool names of the beer. The food was AWESOME. Great burgers with good flavors and fresh ingredients. The tots were hot, crunchy, and tasted fresh. We ordered the Brussel Sprouts and appreciated them with the loowit sauce- highly recommend. And we got some pickled bar veggies to...you know get some veggies- those were great to snack on. I am happy we found ourselves at this establishment and would recommend you to stop in! Great food, service, and beer. Thanks for a...

I just ordered the patty melt. It came out and looked like a kid's grilled cheese. It was so flat with dry bread (what happened to beautiful buttered grilled bread??), and the TINIEST amount of grilled onions and tiny shavings of pickles, and one small burger patty smashed as flat as possible to try to make it extend to edges of sourdough bread. The soup of the day, while it had decent flavor (carrot ginger), it was served barely even lukewarm. I didn't see the dart board others mentioned, and I only saw 2 pinball machines. Definitely didn't feel kid or family friendly. The drink was good and reasonably priced. The lady next to me at the bar has her large breed dog on a leash. I would hope it's a service dog, but I'm assuming not since she was letting everyone pet it. I snuck out to Grays at the Hilton next door for dessert and had the MOST delicious salted caramel cookie in a skillet with ice cream ever! I'll definitely try dinner at Grays next...

Awesome experience for a first time visit! Great craft beer of decent variety (15-20 taps) AND some delicious food at moderate prices. Our bartender Aleda was very friendly and helpful in navigating us through their mouthwatering menu of brews and bites. Tried the Cassian Common (malty lager), Fall and Oates (nutty pale ale made with pecans...mmm!), Griselda Grissette (raspberry table beer... deliciously light and flavorful), Fragments of a Sunbeam (pineapple sour... Awesome as well), Crowley Black Eye PA (dark n creamy IPA on nitro... Excellent!), and my favorite the Durry Quill (an Irish cream ale also on nitro!). Ordered the Mac salad and coleslaw despite seeing several savory sounding menu items, both sides prepared in house and with unique flavor, the coleslaw more so having a fresh vinegarette base. Can't wait to return! Thanks! Best, ~S

On my way to a different restaurant I noticed a sign more or less saying beers and burgers this way. They have a large very eclectic range of beers, margaritas on tap and wine. The food menu has something for everyone. I chose a bowl of chilli, fries and a Quetzalcoatl. Which is a mexican hot chocolate stout (hot = spicy) The barman was VERY patient for some reason my card wasn't working. He tried everything more than once on a couple of machines, finally it worked. The chilli was good with plenty of jalapenos to give it a little kick although I wasn't sure which had more kick the chilli or the beer. The fries were nice and salty and came with 2 dips. The total including tip was $19.02 I'll definitely return if in the area.

Awesome burger! But…I was disappointed in price and selection. The menu photos online showed some great sandwiches (that were the reason for my visit) for $10ea. and included a side item. It was unfortunate to see that the menu had been extensively pared down to a la carte burgers only (+$1 for a veggie patty or chicken). Add another $4 for a side item, and my bill was pushing $20. I’ve paid less for a burger and a side in a hotel restaurant, or at a ballgame. And then the bartender asked if I wanted a beer. No, dude, you’ve cleaned me out. At these prices I wouldn’t recommend the food as it wasn’t *that* good. My side was over-salted and slightly burned, and while the burger was good the bun was soggy on the bottom.
