Doppelgänger — Local services in Vancouver

I am in the process of relocating to Vancouver and found this shop. I stopped in and spent over $200 on 3 sweaters. I tried to return 1 of the sweaters with the tags and receipts only to be told no refund or exchange as I was 5 days outside of the 7 day return policy I was not aware of. I asked for an exception the 7 day policy due to my travel and she would not even consider it. I will happily shop at more small businesses that are more customer oriented. My experience has always been good with small businesses but...

This is a great store, the fact that it is also a small business and not a big box store makes it even better. Their customer service is great and I find they are a no pressure staff that's only interest is in making their customers happy and not commissions. Their return policy is not the same as the big stores but is in line with other stores in the area and no small business could sustain the type of policies the big stores might have, they do a good job of explaining it up front and are always...

I normally don’t go downtown since it’s out of my way but decided it would be fun to check out the changes. I’m glad I did because I found this cute little shop with a variety of styles and accessories. While I was there I got to talk to one of the workers Tara.
