Mr. Maple Donuts — Restaurant in Vancouver

this is a newish location but Ive never had such bad service from other Mr.Maple Donuts... I know there is also one out in Hazel-Dale and one off Andreson, BOTH of which are great stores with amazing staff! But this location on Mill Plain will make any new customer run far far away from MrDonuts! I came into this location one morning around 8:00am because I was an hr early to work so I wanted to buy donuts for my fellow employees... I wanted curls as they are nice and crispy fluffy if that makes sense... but I was willing to buy 2 dozen donuts... 12 curls and 12 random... I mentioned aww darn you dont have any curls? And this woman proceeds to tell me that she never sells them... yet they are on the menu and there is even a spot for them on the back wall, she then starts to tap her foot as if Im wasting her time trying to figure out what to do to sub in these curls. Mind you I am the only customer in the store and she is acting like Im wasting her time! when she started clicking her nails on the counter... I said forget it Im not buying anything and left the store... Ive never had to deal with someone soo rude! At least when Im at one of the other Mr.Maple Donut locations or any of the Angel donut locations, they will ask me if I have time to wait for them to make up a batch for me as long as it isn't too late in the day to do so... To my fellow co-workers I hope you enjoyed the safeway donuts... sorry they weren't MrDonut or Angels!...

Been to this location three times now. I love their donuts. They are good quality and their customer service has been great up until last night. My cousin and I were the only customers in the building. Last night on 6/1 the women who was closing was ill-mannered. We paid with cash and wanted to receive less coins and she ignored what we ask then responded by saying it’s okay. We didn't even get a chance to sample anything. It was my son and I's first time in and we decided to get 1/2 dozen. The price for 1/2 dz for classic donuts: $8.95. dz for fancy donuts: $11.55 ( or close to that) We picked out 5 classic and 1 fancy donut and they tried to make me pay the full $11.55 because I added a fancy donut. I tried talking her down because that's not a fair price and she just tossed the bag in my direction and said to leave, she didn't 'want problems'.
