I am a Starbucks junkie. We always get the salted caramel cold foam cold brew and we pick our favorite locations because of how the foam is made. You would think it would be consistent everywhere but for some reason it’s not. The Parkplace location has the best workers. They also remember my drink and my modifications which I think is a great step in building rapport with your guests. And lastly, they remember to ask tidbits about previous conversations for updates. This Starbucks has the most incredible staff who go out of their way to personally greet you when you walk in the door. The service is fantastic and the “community” feeling makes it my favorite home away from home. Not only are they welcoming when you visit but they remember you and what you order and often have your drink ready before you even order. Once you develop a routine they start preparing your drink when they see your car! AND if you decide to really change your “normal drink order” they graciously make you another at no charge. Tremendous upbeat feeling in the early AM. Energetic and makes you feel apart of a family! I never thought I would hang out and sit for a couple of hours working on my computer, but this Starbucks is like my favorite place to work on my job away from home. This Starbucks is wonderful! The staff are amazing! They get your order right every time and don't treat you like your drink is an inconvenience or too high maintenance as some do. They really boogie and work at a fast pace when they get busy, and it seems like they truly love their job. You can just tell the morale is high and the vibe is upbeat and positive. The only downside, (if any) is that they don't have a drive thru at this location and parking is sometimes limited. This is a really busy shopping plaza that includes several shops and restaurants. Therefore, the parking situation can sometimes mean you might have a very short walk. If you are going to meet up and get coffee with a friend inside, it's a great location!
