Starbucks — Restaurant in Vancouver

Very bazaar experience here. Ordered on app and picked up at store. No greetings when I walked in, it was fine I guess. I found my drink but no food, they didn’t even ask for my name to help my order like what I used to so I I eye contacted the employee stood behind the pick up desk, weird silence… alright, I guessed I needed to wait. Then the girl brought my food to the pick up desk, as the only customer waiting there holding my drink apparently waiting for something, still she just put it down and left. No single word among 3 of us. I had to grab my food and finished at a table. While I ate, I saw the guy walked out of their counter and handle over the food to a Caucasian woman next to me. Speechless. Just described what I saw. I left, still I didn’t hear any “bye” or “have a good one”. I feel sad to see...

Love how quick this store in with their drive through, nice to always see happy faces but my last experience this week was something that I had to share. I always order a grande, when I get to the window they hand me a venti. I mentioned I asked for a grande. The server was polite and stated I am sorry you paid for a venti. I didn't want a do over, I didn't ask for a change just wanted them to know..she proceeded to tell the order taker and all I heard was....."I put in what I hear". Wow. I was excited to use a new gift card I received. Cars were wrapped around the building, waiting in the drive-thru line, so I parked in a nearby lot and walked over. When I entered, the holiday decor was nice. Not one staff member greeted me or even made eye contact. No one was waiting in line to order, but ppl were picking up delivery orders nonstop. I finally asked for help and the staff member seemed bothered by me. The wait was about 10 minutes, for 2 sandwiches. After I got to the car and opened the bag, this wasn't even my order.
