Oh boy, where to start. July 15, 2021, 7:02 pm is when we placed the order. We were tracking the order through our phone and the delivery person had entered our apartment complex. After about 5 minutes with no pizza in our hands, we decided to check the website again and it had said delivered and completed. That seemed strange to us since there was no pizza in our house. We called up and spoke to Jacob and asked where our food was. He first tried to blame it on the location tracking and when we re-explained he then said he would call the delivery person. After about 3 minutes on hold, he comes back and asked us if we had our food. No, Jacob, that's why we called. He then proceeded to put us on hold again for another 3 minutes and then Jacob came back, he stated that this never happens and we will be put in the front of the line. At this point, we have been waiting for over 45 minutes for our food. 8:02 pm comes rolling by and we get a call from David, the delivery guy. He apologized to us and said that in the 3 years he has worked there, this has never happened. We then asked if he asked for the name on the order and he said no but no ever does. Huh, really?! Well, thanks for the apology I guess... At 8:16 pm, David comes rolling in with our food, and the first thing he says is "gotta watch out for those thieves out here." Read moreWe were attempting to order food for a wedding party on Nov. 5th. We were ordering for about 100 people, hoping for pizza before this specific Dominos closed. We attempted to call this specific dominos 1 hour, 30 minutes, and 15 minutes before closing. We never received a single answer from anyone at this specific dominos. This is the first review I’ve ever written but because this was such poor and disgusting customer service I felt it necessary to write a review. I’ve worked in customer service for the past 3 years and if we had the opportunity to make over $100 in less then an hour we would have taken it. Obviously dominos doesn’t care whatsoever about their customers and customer service. This will be the last time I or anyone else in the wedding party attempt to order dominos from any location ever again. I know for such a large corporation a single review doesn’t mean anything but I hope this enlightens other people to order from any other company other then dominos in the future. Read moreOrdered a pizza, cheese bread with ranch dipping sauce and BBQ chicken online for delivery. The pizza and bread was for my girlfriend to swing by a pick up on her way to work from my office since my place is closer for her then their store. Order got here fast about 30 min after I ordered it. As soon as the driver left I checked the order and noticed the ranch I ordered wasn't with it. I called and a guy told me they'd get the driver to bring some out when he got back. The BBQ chicken was for me and upon eating it there was not one but a few long black hairs baked into the cheese(see pic). After 45 minutes I called as my girlfriend was going to be here soon and some woman said they're swamped and they're not sending anyone out and stated "I don't know what to tell you". When I addressed the hair in my food she hung up on me. Literally paused with no reply and hung up on me.
