Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Ventura

Now look. I really really really don't want to sound rude, or hateful in any way. I really truly don't.

But, every time I go to this place, I get the feeling that the employees just don't care about me at all. They all just seem almost dead inside in a way, and it's like all of them don't care about you or your order, or anything.

There have been times where I sat at the counter waiting for somebody to come up and take my order, for multiple minutes! And the employees just kept walking right past me without even paying attention to my existence!

That being said, they usually get my order right despite the fact that they seem like they don't care at all, and the food is usually okay.

The food does seem a bit on the pricey side for what it is though. I mean, considering you could probably eat more food for less money at In-N-Out,(depending on what you get) which most people would agree tastes WAY WAY WAY better AND fresher than Carl's jr. Just seems like they charge too much for the food.

There are good deals on the menu though, there just isn't very many of them.

I don't know man, the more I think about this place the more disappointing it seems, but at least it is possible to get it cheap bite to eat. It might take a while just to even tell the employees your order, but at least it works. 3/5. Needs...

I have just left a message to speak with the district manager. Tere and Ana, who take the orders, have really good customer service. Tere in particular is VERY sweet. I was able to request to speak with the cook, Maria, and I thanked her for my orders always being hot and delicious. Carl's blows Jack out of the water. Every single time I come to this Carl's the fries are fresh. I work nights, so the only rough part is they close at midnight. These 3 LADIES seem to take actual pride in their work, and their efforts and service make my food taste even more delicious and I look forward to rolling up to the window. You have something special going on at this store, sir. I hope that it can continue to be cultivated, and properly appreciated. Thank you very much to you all, and...

I had an embarrassing experience while eating out with my 2 boys the other day. We had a very busy day we were all starving and my kids wanted Carl's Jr. So I order and they tell me my total and I get my cash out and I was $2 short. So what any mom would do, I took off my meal and just ordered my boys food. We sat down to eat and I was watching my kids eat and one of the employees walked over and handed me the burger that I had to remove from my order. Little things like that keeps my faith that there are still kind, caring people out there. Very few now days but they exist. Thank you sir for brightening up my day! You have no idea how appreciated you are! Not to mention their food is delicious. No fake...
