My daughter ordered the same thing she's always gotten at this location and every other location she's ever been to: teriyaki chicken kid's meal. She received about 1/2 the amount of noodles she normally gets, but they fixed it. Then they gave her about 1/2 as much chicken as she normally gets. She asked to please have the normal amount and they insisted it was and wouldn't correct it. I had to step in and explain that she's not asking for anything extra, she just wants the normal amount of chicken and they argued that it was the normal amount and were suggesting she must not get kids meals and started snapping me about the adult meals. I clarified she only gets kid's meals, so she knows the normal kid's meal amount and that's all she's asking for. After more aggressive and very mean arguing from the woman. I asked if they changed the portion recently, because that could explain the confusion. She insisted they did not and I finally had to leave because we were getting nowhere and I didn't need her yelling at us in a restaurant for asking for the normal amount of chicken we've always gotten from every location we've been to everywhere we've lived as a military family. Her behavior was so inappropriate and mean. I'm still in shock about how unprofessional and scary she was. I'm not trying to get in a physical altercation over a kid's meal. That's how wild her behavior was getting. As a human being, I expect more from a grown-up and as the daughter of a small business owner, would never want anyone treating our customers in such an aggressive, mean, and disrespectful manner. Everyone else there was kind and even thanked us after we rounded up for the donation. However when placing a mobile order please keep in mind that the Victoria and Moon location will be extremely confusing and will make you wait even longer than just ordering inside. I waited for fifteen minutes outside with no clear direction for any customers on where to wait for their orders despite their being red markings along the outside. Many guests walked in front of me with no regard for any other guests and while that is on other guests I believe it is also on this location for not having clear signage or having a team member announce that they have a line for orders instead of just watching a large group of confused people amass outside of their exit door. There was no effort on the team member giving out mobile orders to get any sense of who was waiting on what or who had been waiting longer. It made this experience upsetting as I had to tell another guest that I had been waiting and was simply trying to follow pandas own guidelines about how many guests were allowed in at once. There is no reason that I should put myself at risk by nearly getting into an argument after waiting fifteen minutes when panda can put up signs and have their team members guide guests to the markings they themselves put...

We showed up at 8pm and the website said it was still opened. We called 3 times, no answer. The door said it was open but not a soul was in the place. Several other people showed up and found the same thing. All were very disappointed, I myself was very angry that your store advertised they were open and no online orders were allowed. This is very bad practices for restaurants to post incorrect information. You lose customers that way. No they haven't changed, on fact they are worse. After the first server puts you rice and chow meinb in the container and then your first entree they pass it off to the next server why doesn't read what the first server wrote on the container. So this visit they didn't put my third entree in the container and the second server tried to give us only 1 third entree for the big plate. Had I known they hadn't put my other entree in the I would have said something. But I live 19 miles from there saga after getting home and finding out I got shorted it was in no mood to deal with them.
