El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Ventura

So I took my mother here to have lunch! Wasn’t greeted by anybody I just had to figure out on my own to use the kiosk, heard alot about these double tostadas so I had to try them well wasn’t worth it! But worst is I paid extra to make it a meal because I wanted a drink! They failed to tell me that the soda machine was all out of Soda, I told the lady who walked by me twice as I was dumping my drink or out that the soda isn’t working she says “oh yea the Coke Dr Pepper and sprite are all out” like really?? What was left?? Geez! So I told her maybe she needs to put up a sign because ppl were finding out the way I found out! She said “I’ll let my manager know” well we ate our food there and the whole time they never once out a sign up and failed to tell people before they purchased a large drink! Smh shame on you! I placed an order online $30.73 using my daughter debit card, I accidentally check the box to pick up instead of delivery. I call the Ventura El Pollo and the lady I will correct out the charge and you can reorder for delivery. Well she never did and my daughter account now only has $11 so I reorder using my account and actually spent a little more and it came to $39. I called the store and the lady couldn’t figure out how to correct it (giving my money back). I sent several emails to explaining the situations to your contact center and was NEVER contacted. This has to be the slowest least efficient Polo Loco I've visited. It took 25 minutes from the time I ordered till the time I actually had my food in hand. Another customer pointed out that his order was on the counter and that it had been sitting there for over 10 minutes, the worker who was bagging up the orders then got rude with that customer. It's a little more than fast food I agree but still it is definitely not that hard. The look on all the customers face waiting for their food said it all.
