As many have said the wait is so absurd like I don’t know where they got these workers but they are so slow and as many comments said chatting away with each other which is why the drinks take long they have no sense of urgency at all. Plus the line is usually long so you would think the cashier would try and put in the orders quick to get the line down and possibly help out with orders but no he is chit chatting away. I’ve gotten one drink from here it was pretty good because they just take way too long and I prefer to go to the bigger chains because I know it will take 5-10 for me to get my drink plus they are cheaper. The only people that can come here and wait that long for a drink are people who work from home, stay at home moms people on Ebt unemployment disability etcc….. basically people that don’t work 8/9-5’s cuz us working class people have places to be and can’t be waiting 25-60 minutes for a drinks that absolutely ridiculous....

I love the vibe here. Great place to come hang out and feel the positive energy. It seems like they've worked out of a lot of the early issues mentioned in the previous reviews. Music was it a reasonable level, they open at 6:30 a.m. now, no flies in sight, service was very friendly and prompt. The iPad order delivery system is very innovative and it looks like most employees are quite busy. They have a huge menu with tons of choices. Would I recommend for improvement is to have a coffee section of the menu, where they call out their amazing Kona coffee and promote other low calorie low sugar drip coffee for the coffee purists and health conscious consumers. Sooooo good‼️💜⭐ I've been wanting to try Makenna Koffee since they opened and just haven't had time - I'm so glad I took a moment to swing by this morning. I was so pleasantly surprised 🤩 from the super friendly staff to the charming, beachy vibes... Not to mention my blended coffee was amazingly yummy 😁 don't get me wrong, I love me some Starbucks and it sure is nice having drive-thrus all over the 805; but please take a few minutes out of your day and give these guys a try!
