This restaurant is odd. Itâs been so long since their happy meals have been on sale and yet workers generally around here donât promote anything to children with enthusiasm or kindness. None of the crew knows anything. Often Iâve been given McFlurries that are only half full. Breakfast is very displeasing here since no janitor cleans up the floors and tables each night before the new day. Sure, employees have good appearance around these parts. So much energy is wasted into providing bad products. A few times here and there Iâve been given cold fries only to be told that they have to be that way; no apologies, no desire to help. My parents have often complained about this restaurant despite the fact they go every morning to McDonaldâs to fetch coffee and read newspapers. Just not right. Me? Iâm rather an avid fan of McDonaldâs because I like the feel of the rush hours and take to the streets with understanding and privilege of eating a Big Mac, even if that means I take something on occasion from a certain Mick that doesnât meet my desire. Honestly, thereâs way too many good stores for me to give this one a nice paycheck. Workers should respect their customers and thatâs not what Iâm seeing with this place. At least cold fries wonât burn my mouth, but really? Shopping around the plaza where this McDonaldâs is located has in general been a rip-off. In fact, the local Gamestop has robbed $20 from me because of rules they use to hurt my feelings. Gamestop here and McDonaldâs are so alike that I may as well call them relatives. My voice isnât angry here. Sadness is very much a part of me when I think about this closeness to the workers and how such a distance of bad feelings can turn me down. A mixed bag is nothing for me and for this McDonaldâs itâs filled with depressing matter, something to which I may cry on but have no cousins who take delight with this place. Restaurants sure have to know what theyâre doing, huh? Sometimes businesses open with no means to provide the goods. Means in general can be spiritual as well as physical. Customers in the area may be friends to mean people or unfortunate individuals. One time Iâm just eating a good meal at a change of pace when some guy curses his little brother out loud with mean behavior. Is this what McDonaldâs is about? Generally not. The problem is that when Iâm eating a meal at this restaurant thereâs this general expectation in my mind for friends as opposed to grunts. Kindness is my motto! Yet this McDonaldâs is at least a McDonaldâs, although it may not be good enough just to be a McDonaldâs. Neighbors have told me so many bad things about this restaurant. A poor couple has had to visit McDonaldâs on harbor because of poor service here. Rudeness from the workers to the point of disinterest frightens me. Does any family want to bring their kids to an unhappy place? I just canât imagine. Target nearby has shown me the door in unwelcoming fashion. Thereâs no good reason to shop here and visit McDonaldâs at this spot unless youâre absolutely hungry and have no where else to go. Road trips often can lead people to spots where they have to stay and make ends meet. Why? Why come here? Iâm just curious as to where things are going for this business. If fast food is often a treat, workers of a restaurant for it need to present the goods as valuable as they are. I spend money at McDonaldâs all the time and still support them even with the homeless that basically live outside their facility. It looks bad for business and also gives a weird vibe. Making this review hopefully can open some eyes in hopes of changing the way of order at this particular McDonaldâs. There needs to be a change. Management is key. And you have one good manager. I donât know his name, but he wears glasses and has blonde hair. Also the older gentleman that is always at the first window all bundled up and wears scarfs is a great face for this building and company . Great customer service. As a valued customer and supporter of McDonaldâs I feel I should be compensated for the wrong orders Iâve received over the years. Itâs frustrating and disappointing. Literally I have bought whole meals for my whole family. A family of all boys(5) and mom that like their particular foods and love McDonaldâs. So I get their favorite and bring it home and itâs not what I ordered. And sauce is not giving out like itâs scarce . Why should I have to check my bag of food when this is the job of the employees? My order should be right all the time and if itâs not I should be treated like the good customer I am. Not saying Iâve been treated bad. But how many times do I have to come in and complain and ask for my correct order or some of compensation. Itâs ridiculous.    Read more2 days in a row they pay absolutely no attention to the drink orders and they leave out half of the extra ingredients THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR and then have me stand there waiting for someone to come to the register just to turn around real quick to throw half of the amount of oreo right on top of the whipped cream were supposed too put extra even though the 2 oreos was supposed to be blended in with the drink with the extra whipped cream on top and there was NO ESPRESSO which equals $2.35 of unreceived items and when I went in to ask for them to fix it the cashier was being an obvious passive aggressive smart ass just trying to escalate the situation and have some at my expense and embarrassment trying to make make me look like a Karen in front of everyone by asking "how would you like the whipped cream on top" and saying "I just wanna make sure that you're not going to say that I did it wrong" like how else would I want the whipped cream on top I want it made the way it's always made with the extra ingredients THAT I PAID FOR in it where it NORMALLY goes and not just sitting there waiting to have missed ingredients dump right on top I was hoping after the mess up yesterday that the manager might have explained the importance of adding all the extra that was paid for but today it was the manager who messed up my oder and that's pretty sadand careless never coming back to this McDonald's I don't care how far I have to go to get my frappe I don't care if I'm already in this parking lot I refuse to bring my business back in...
