Taqueria La Victoria — Restaurant in Ventura

A couple days ago I was craving pazole and tamales. I’ve never been here before so I decided to try something new and give it a chance. I called in asked for pazole and was told pozole is only Friday and Saturday. I was disappointed but thought whatever I’ll be happy with just tamales. I asked what kind they have available and she told me chicken, cheese and pork. So I asked for pork and she said no!? This whole phone call this lady was rude about everything and it felt like I inconvenienced them by calling. I told her never mind because those were the two things I wanted and she hung up on me without saying anything. Doesn’t seem like I’m the only one that thinks they have bad customer service judging by the other reviews. So I definitely wouldn’t recommend. Their website doesn’t work either so no way of knowing what’s on the menu...

Ive been coming to this place for years its not the greatest food is ok, but it is very convenient for me since my office is near, the only thing that keeps me from coming back is the cashier, she always over charges me for my food, and i just let it go. Once she charged me 2 dollars for adding cheese to my burrito its too much, today she tried charging me 18.97 for 2 coffee's and 2 burritos i questioned her and she said i owed her from my last visit I was under the impression that i was charged for my meal every visit i had no idea that i owed her what a terrible excuse i got upset and asked for my money back and All i'm trying to say is watch out it all adds up at the end and to me its shady I'm never going back or referring...

This it's an excellent place if you're looking for fresh really good food. We ordered three dinners I ordered horchata for my drink this was excellent enchiladas are the best I ordered a chicken tamale on the side because they say they're homemade and they are homemade come try these out these were really good I would highly recommend this if you're looking for fresh food with no preservatives this is a good place to start it's right here on Victoria and Ralston in Ventura. We paid $16 in change for three meals and three drinks fresh food no preservatives no added fillers to the beef...
