I recently went in to try this place as I’ve heard good things. I received a coupon and when I tried to use it the cashier was kind of passive aggressive and ultimately just ended up saying she couldn’t use it but had no valid reason. Like if I’m sent a coupon from presto pasta why can’t you honor it for a customer. Then when we sat down the waiter came and brought our food. We had started to eat as we waited for our missing items and he came back and said there was a mistake and our food would be coming out shortly. He then proceeded to take the food from us which we were already eating and was the same as our actual order. I thought it was very rude because why take the food from us if we’re eating it and you’re probably just gonna throw it away anyway. 11/5/23 - was wanting spaghetti and meatballs with a salad. All was really good only I wish they would put more sauce in with the spaghetti and the meatballs should be kept in sauce as well. They're so naked and a bit dry.

Hadn't been here in a really long time. Had some Presto Bucks so came in to get dinner. They were hopping, waited a little but to place my order. Then something came up with someone who ordered after me and then line to order stopped moving. But I could see the cooks in the back just loading them counter with all these orders and no one doing anything about them. Then as Postmates person camw in to pick up an order, and a couple of phone in orders showed up. Had to wait about 20 minutes to get my order and there was still as line of people up to the door to order still. Love how you can pick your pasta and sauce. Their salads are so yummy....
