I would rate this location 0 stars if that were possible!
I waited 38 minutes in the drive thru before getting to speak with an employee! At that point, I asked to speak with a manager about the situation and they claimed to be “understaffed tonight”. I asked him why nobody came outside to warn people of the wait. There were like 5-6 cars that didn’t budge for extended periods of time!
Then this irritable and cocky employee named Brandon came to the window and said he was not serving me because I was angry about the situation and not treating the other workers kindly! So, he slammed the window and walked away.
I drove to the front and parked my car. As I was walking into the store I slipped on ice that was on their sidewalk and now I’m dealing with a low ankle sprain! When I got inside, this manager named Cheryl was trying to de-escalate the situation. Then, that loud mouth and cocky employee Brandon came in and started pushing my buttons again. This time, I was face to face with him and he was shaking like a little girl but I can’t say I blame him because this guy wouldn’t last a minute in the ring with me!
Long story short, I spent over an hour at Little Caesars and didn’t purchase anything. I’m planning to contact corporate about this situation and mainly about this employee named Brandon. They should drug test him as he had bloodshot eyes and was acting very unprofessional. Perhaps he was high but whatever the case he was increasing my tension instead of trying to de-escalate the situation.
If you can’t serve the customers in a reasonable amount of time, then you shouldn’t be operating a store! I would have been fine if somebody came outside to explain that there is going to be a wait, instead I sat there and wasted time and gas on a...
Read moreI wish I could give this a better review I have worked in food service before and never saw some get so mad over the stupidest crap. I ordered my pizza earlier and forgot about it until later. I paid for it so was wanting my food but was willing repay for it due to food costs. I came in and told them and the young gal with short green hair was wonderful. But after waiting a bit and going to check on my dogs that were in the car, I came back in the gal that I talked to was pleasant that she went and told a young tall skinny boy that was a blonde with a 4 on his hat got mad and pissed off. The shift leader that was on shift checked to see if my order was being remade she came up calmly and told the blonde hair boy that made a fight over it and he was short with her. That was very disrespectful and not showing teamwork at all. The leader in black then ran to back pulled her cell phone out of her pocket and looks like made a call. She came back up and I talked to her and repaid for my meal. She kept reassuring me it was fine but I paid for it again... I explained to her that I had family manners to attend too and thats why I spaced picking it up. I am one that doesn't complain about things but that was really not right of the boy to act that way to someone of the team. And the same boy was running around like a chicken with his head cut off when that was not...
Read moreShout out to Tabitha tonight! While waiting to place my order I watched this woman take orders, cash out, cook and box every item she was selling all while being in the store alone. Yes it took time but she was doing it all with a smile on her face and more hospitality than most fast food delivers. I wanted to jump in and help her knowing her struggle and asked if she was alone. Her response was "no, but they are all out back talking". There was a line of cars and it was close to a twenty minute wait as she ran around trying to help everyone as quickly as she could. I circled around back as I left and what looked like two managers were just chatting by the back door letting her struggle. Most problems we have encountered at this location at night is with management, the employees are down to earth, friendly and hospitable. It's dispointing to see hard workers suffering because of a lack of team work. I'd have offered her a job in a heart beat if I had a position open. Good job tonight Tabitha, you are killing it! Keep up the amazing job, we...
