First of all Bryson & Josh are so helpful, honest, hard working and kind!!! That being said this is a review on the business- We spent collectively 20 hrs trying to purchase, set up an Apple Watch. When we left the store it wasn’t synced. We tried at home after 4 days took it back to get help with the sync and pairing it. It worked for a day, then it stoped we went back in 3 more times. The manager said it could be declared dead on arrival, yet he kept wanting his employees to trouble shoot over and over. So for 13 days this watch was being paid for, not working correctly, not syncing. It also wouldn’t hold a charge for more that 6 hours. We battled this thing finally yesterday I took it back to return within the 14 days. The same manager refused to take it back without a “restock” fee of $55. Even though he knew and I knew he couldn’t restock it. He wouldn’t come out to talk to me. Most of the times we were there he hid in his office avoiding customers. He is NOT a team player. I asked for him to come out and discuss the fee or waive it. They all knew we needed this watch it wasn’t a fun purchase it was a medical need. He refused. They lost our business we will be driving else where or ordering from apple from now on. Read moreWe switched over from Verizon to get a better experience and better service in our area, the service has been much better but or experience, not so much! Jason and Shayna at the Vernal office have been amazing and doing everything they possibly can to help us out but the customer service when calling into AT&t or higher authorities when trying to get things fixed has been absolutely awful! We have had multiple account issues. We have not been given the credits we should have been given and things have not moved in a timely manner that our service was almost suspended because we had a $750 bill that needed paid because none of our credits have been applied to our account. Our auto pay and paperless have not been set up correctly so we also don't have those credits and the experience that we have had with our account has been less than par. It has caused us to question if we want to continue with AT&t or not. The only thing that is keeping us right now is the level of customer service and assistance that we are receiving from Jason and Shayna at our local AT&t office, they have seriously been excellent to work with through the hours upon hours of stress we've been...
Read moreI cannot begin to express my frustration with the Vernal AT&T store. Our account was not set up correctly, which causes our bill to never be correct. I have gone in several times, trying to get the bill corrected. I have spoke with Gabe on several occasions and always promised the next month bill will be correct, which still has not happened in five billing cycles. I went in today to again discuss my incorrect bill. When the assistant manager and I began to talk, he immediately told me he needed to call Gabe. He then excused himself and was gone 10 minutes or so. He then told me several credits have been added to my account, as if that mattered if the bill was still incorrect. He was not happy with me, because I didn’t like what he had to say. I was then told Gabe will call me tomorrow. I asked why he couldn’t discuss the bill with me. He said he was done discussing it with me. I was then told by the assistant manager I was to leave immediately! He then walked toward me and told me to get out .
