I followed their instructions of scheduling an appointment for ear piercing online for last Friday. We showed up on time. An older man was there. He said the guy who does the piercing was at a baseball game. He offered a discount if we came back on Monday because of the inconvenience. I rescheduled for Monday and added in the comments about our experience on Friday along with a discount being offered. We showed up on time on Monday. The guy was there and pierced my daughter's ears, but never mentioned the discount and didn't give me one. I don't appreciate the lack of communication and promise that wasn't kept.

I don't typically write reviews or want to share negative feelings but I would have liked to be warned before going here. We were asked if we would like to have a gem shipped in for free so I could see it in person before possibly purchasing, of course I said yes. Today we went to see it, it was the wrong size gem and instead of wanting to work with us the gentleman told us he wouldn't order another gem so we could waste his time and then go buy it somewhere else(which now we will be doing). Rude, terrible customer service. He managed to turn what's supposed to be an exciting experience into a negative one. Not what Ive grown to expect from...

So happy with my experience here. I took my wedding ring in to have the stone replaced, I was very specific with what I wanted, a pale lavendar amethyst (my husband's birth stone). They didn't try to convince me to get a more pricey stone, which a previous jewler had, and they spent quite a bit of time trying to find me the exact shade of amethyst that I was looking for.
