I brought in some items for appraisal, I felt that the service was OK, but when I got my items back after appraisal, one of the items had the price portion of the tag ripped off. My daughter knows it was on it, As I reviewed the items before I brought them in. I Only bring in items that have tags. And then claim that you didn't pull anything off, purely carelessness. This will be my first time in my last time ever going into this retail business.

Since it no longer has the price, I can't sell this and proved the price that was on the dress. This $90 dress is now basically worth nothing.

And then when I bring a designer handbag In with the bag in the dust bag, and then the gentleman decides to stuff it back into the handbag instead of correctly, put the bag into the handbag for storage, before they own it. Purely, he doesn't know anything about handbags. No respect for the bag or Right the customer.

Just watch your Merchandise before you take their offer. You should receive your article articles back in the same way you provided them for appraisal.

I was very pleasantly surprised the first time I walked into Downtown Cheapskate to find pants that have become my favorite. I was even more surprised when I took a few clothing items in to trade/ sale/ donate. Of several items they accepted 3 to purchase at $13.75. The other items I just needed the extra closet space for, they took them to donate which made me feel much better than throwing out. The $13.75, they told me could be paid to me at $11.00 or put on my account for future use at full credit of $13.75. The staff was helpful and friendly. The clothes are organized by type and in color order. It makes shopping easier and pleasant. Great name brands and up-to-date fashion! I always find something great when I shop. I love thrifting, and my daughter normally hates it, but she enjoys THIS store a lot. They also give fair prices when trading/selling clothes to them. I also do remember they are a second hand store, and I am not trying to make $$$ on MY used items that I no longer wear. I have been a return customer MANY times to sell/trade clothing and buy...
