Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Vernon Hills

Chipotle is in massive decline as a brand. This Chipotle location serves disgusting chicken—bad texture, dried out, and clearly prepared the previous day. The only reason we go to the Vernon Hills, IL location is because the Lake Bluff, IL location, which is closer to us, cannot make good guacamole. So we have to choose between disgusting guacamole in Lake Bluff or disgusting chicken in Vernon Hills. With Chipotle in 2024, you cannot have both edible chicken and edible guacamole—happy new year.

Funny enough, the staff in Vernon Hills is extremely stingy with their portions of chicken. We order double chicken but they serve a full spoon for the first portion and a half spoon for the second portion. Does Chipotle train its workers that the meaning of “double” is 1.5X? And what kind of compensation practices have resulted in such a scarcity mentality among your staff that they zealously guard the chicken as if it was their inheritance?

Chipotle delivers absolutely disgraceful food quality, employee training, and customer service...

Every time I order food from here, it's always right, the portions are very good compared to other locations. The restaurant is always clean and everything is stock 🙌 The employees are amazing and you just feel welcome. I can't believe what I just read and watch in the video review someone posted. First of all. If you see the employees sitting before 10:45am Is probably cause they taking their break before opening. They have the right to eat before the rush. Second.. You can't just posted a video and tell how bad was you experience without explaining how was your attitude towards the employees. But just with your review and your video I totally get why they treated you like that. Then you write about your bad English and how couldn't say anything to them but then you said they shouldn't be in this country?! What a racist! Learn to speak English First. Then go to school and learn about history. Our ancestors are native American....

This is the worst service I've ever had! I picked up the delivery of Dordesh. firstly, I arrived at 10:50 am and the cafe was closed. the service staff was sitting and chatting at the table, and when I started knocking and indicating with gestures that it was time to open the doors, one woman slowly opened the door for me with a dissatisfied face. in the end, I left without an order after 12 minutes because out of spite they did not want to take my order and then joked and mocked me. I do not recommend anyone to go to this establishment

Unfortunately, I have problems with knowledge of the English language. If I knew English, I wouldn’t give myself offense. in the video I wait 10 minutes for my order. and these women mock me. Such violent immigrants have no place in America
