This review is more of a service and staff issue. I went in and placed an order online. It was not supposed to be to this location but it was accidentally sent in to this location. My son realized what happened and in less than a minute called to try and cancel the order. Someone answered the phone and when he explained he ordered at the wrong location can you not make this order she stated "I don’t know but If we started the order there’s nothing I can do but I can get rid of it ” let me check less then 2 seconds later she said “ Yes we already have your order done do you want me to get rid of it because I can’t do anything”. Mind you the order was for three smoothies in less than a minute that were done according to her. So my son said no, we will drive 12 minutes to get the drinks. So we get to the location and what do you know, the order hasn’t been started. The place was nearly empty had two girls finishing their food and no one else. When we got there new hire staff came in and had no idea of our order. It took a couple of minutes for one guy to find our order receipt and he was like I never saw this order I apologize. None of the drink had ever been made or started. I stated that we had called and he was like “oh I don’t know about this order but I can start making the drinks” . He was a nice new hire so I don’t blame him or the girl that was a new hire. But I do blame BELLA, the Lead staff. She was the one who answered the phone, lied about our order being done, then misplaced the order slip, and continued to tell us that she would just get rid of our order and that she couldn’t refund or send the order to the correct location. She did come out from briefly because the new hires couldn’t find some of the ingredients for the smoothies. She was wearing shorts, hair in a messy bun and gave Zero eye contact to staff or customers. I was waiting directly at the counter and she heard me complain and just left the new staff to be the ones to apologize and did not take responsibility. I felt bad for the new staff they didn’t know. I believe they didn’t know.
I had to wait for them to start my drink order for another 10 minutes. And I still have no idea why she kept say I can’t refund but I could get rid of them.

Read moreUpdate: Came back today - Sunday - at about 1:30. There were 2 ppl working. The curbside sign was turned around so I couldn't see the number to call, but had it in my call history. Curbside did occur this time. Just changed service and atmosphere rating to 3 stars (from 1 star). I'll need to visit a few more times to see if today was a fluke or not. For some reason the owner/manager thinks it's acceptable to have one person working during lunchtime. Ordered online, requested curbside pickup. Called the curbside number - no answer, goes to voicemail, and voicemail is full. Went inside, worker says she's the only person there and she's trying to fulfill multiple online orders. The company is very short staffed, management is very disrespectful to there employees. When I stepped into the store management was yelling at the employees. What kind of management does that? When I heard that I walked right out seeing as I don’t support this abusive behavior. I see management does not care about his employees and the hard work these girls bring to the table each day they come in!
