Absolutely love the Vernon Hills Crumbl location! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm, friendly service that makes the whole experience feel personal. The staff is incredibly helpful and always ready to offer suggestions, which is a huge plus when trying to decide from such an amazing variety of flavors.

Speaking of flavors, this store consistently offers an excellent selection—both the classic favorites and unique rotating options that keep me coming back. I’m always excited to see what new creations they have, and the quality is always top-notch. The cookies are baked to perfection, with that soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture that Crumbl is known for.

What really sets the Vernon Hills location apart, though, is the atmosphere. It’s clean, inviting, and has a cozy vibe that makes it perfect for grabbing a treat and relaxing for a bit. They also have a great system in place to quickly get your order, whether you're dining in or picking up.

I'm not sure what I expected but after all of the hype it was kind of a let down walking in. I guess because they do everything fairly fresh there were no cookies to look at. Apparently they come up with six new flavors every Monday and those are the ones they feature for the week. I picked up a snickerdoodle and a confetti which is a sugar cookie with confetti in it for one of my relatives and they thought it was delicious and I picked up a milk chocolate chip cookie for myself and it was good but it was no different than any other milk chocolate chip cookie except it was big. If I ever want a huge cookie to eat over 4 days I would go back. But it tasted just like mine just a lot bigger. Never had a worse experience at any food service place in my life!! I was so excited to bring home a pack of cookies for my little brother and was nervous they would run out. So I ordered and paid online ahead of time.

I show up and there’s crowds of people who ordered and paid and the workers told everyone they were out of most of the flavors. I stood around forever waiting for a refund. Why on earth allow people to purchase if you are out of stock?!? So insane and unprofessional. They made everyone stand around waiting for their order to come up just to tell them they are out of what they wanted.
