I’m genuinely shaking after my experience at this location—it was incredibly disappointing. I ordered a Southwest Spicy Wrap, which includes avocado, but when I started eating my wrap, I realized the avocado was missing. I calmly let the staff know, expecting a simple correction.
Instead, the employee questioned whether I was sure avocado was there, which was both frustrating and condescending. She then whispered to another staff member that the avocado was missing, and they tossed some into a bowl and handed it to me with clear attitude—no apology, no attempt to fix the mistake properly. I was left to unwrap and fix the order myself, which completely defeats the purpose of dining out.
When I expressed that I wasn’t trying to cause trouble, just that the avocado should’ve been included, the employee rolled her eyes and walked away. I sat down to process what had just happened and realized how poorly I was treated. I decided to go back and ask for a refund.
While calmly explaining my reasoning, the employee walked away from me mid-sentence. I wasn’t rude at all—just trying to express my concern. She kept asking, “Customer service from who exactly?” I explained that I was referring to the experience with the entire staff. I should never have been questioned about what was in my order or handed a bowl as if the mistake was mine.
Eventually, I returned to the counter to request a refund, and the associate continued to press me on why I felt the customer service was lacking. It was incredibly dismissive, and I will not be returning to this location again.
The manager helped get the issue sorted and created a new rat for me without a problem. There were whispers and giggles and laughed the entire time as if I was wrong. I have never experienced this in my life and hope that others dont have this experience either. The customer service was horrible.

I went to the check out counter and the one staff(who was not helping the clearly overwhelmed staff member but just wandering around) did not try to help and find my order. Finally, seeing they were about 20 bowls behind and there were several completely bowls sitting there, I attempted to explain that my online tracking says my order is complete. Before I finished my sentence she rudely snapped at me (in front of a line of customers) and shut me down. The other overwhelmed staff member, who clearly needed help) explained (rudely) that she was doing the best she could and they she’d get to my order in a minute. I asked how long she thought it would be since she indicated that she had many other bowls (about 20) to complete and I had kids that I had to get home to that were waiting for their lunches. She then shoves an order (not mine) in front of me and says, it’s right here miss. I said, that is not my order, I only ordered one bowl. She then looks in the pile of finished bowls, clearly realizes that my order had been sitting there, competed, the whole time. Read moreVisited the restaurant for the first time with my family today. There was no line and plenty of employees working behind the counter. We ordered 5 meals and 3 smoothies. We wanted to eat outside so I asked if they would bring the smoothies to us, and the girl behind the counter immediately said no. So we sat inside. (note: a couple behind us asked the same question to a different employee and he said yes 😲). Food was okay, but one of the orders (Fiesta bowl) was messed up. I went up to the counter to have my order fixed, which they did but it took a while for an employee to acknowledge me. We finished our food, and the smoothies nowhere in sight. Two of the drinks eventually came out but none of the employees bothered to let us know, even though we were sitting right in front of the register. While waiting for the 3rd smoothie noticed the customers behind us got their drinks, so I immediately inquire about ours. I believe it was the owner or the manager I spoke with.
