Rowdy Rooster Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Vero Beach

We came to play pool and darts and the room was very small so the sticks were hitting the walls and other people. The darts are set up in front of an entrance to the room so people were walking infront of us the whole time. There was a fan blocking people from walking behind the dart players so we moved the fan to the front of where people were walking infront of the darts. The night was great then the owner as she stated plenty of times came up and moved the fan back behind the dart players and put a chair to block people from falling over the fan. I moved the chair and fan back bc it was In the way of the darts and the owner started to get upset and only said she was the owner over and over and the fan has been there for two weeks. I told her people were walking infront of us and the fan was in the way and she was so rude and pulled out her cellphone like she was recording. I have never met someone so rude and difficult for no reason other than a personal choice. The layout is horrible but the staff is amazing. The bouncers, the parking lot bouncers, the servers, the singer - all amazing, hindered by a rude disgusting person. She was so rude we thought she was joking about being the owner. I feel bad for the staff that have to deal with her and other locals. I never go out and the one time I do again it will not be here unless they want some constructive criticism on their poorly designed and...

We came up from Port Saint Lucie to See Tom Jackson Band. Were denied a reservation earlier in the day, but when we arrived, all that was left was reserved tables! The person working was able to find us a few stools, which worked, but not ideal for eating dinner. The food is limited and mediocre and the staff is not very well trained with what the bar offerings are. Ordered the Nachos and there was basically nothing on them. Chicken Tenders were typical fast food style. Shania, our server was Terrible with wine knowledge, but when they finally found the Josh, they did the right thing. The atmosphere for Tom Jackson was perfect, dancing was in full force. Parking is VERY tight. Only one small lot. One bathroom per gender that we saw. We made the most of our evening, and enjoyed everything Tom Jackson despite the other let downs. Won't go back unless its Tom Jackson playing. I think whomever owns this should invest in more seating and get rid of the pool table room, especially if your going to be hosting bands like Tom Jackson and...

Our favorite bartender, Jerica, who we’ve known from a few spots around town, invited me and the kids to check out the this place, where she works now. Wow, we had a blast!

I'm used to her behind the bar, but she was teaching line dancing last week, and it was so fun watching her bring the room to life. She made it easy for everyone to jump in. Even the kids couldn’t resist getting on the dance floor! She encouraged us to come back for more with Cowboy Bob, who usually teaches line dancing.
