Just visited McDonalds and had the worst experience of my life!!! I ordered 6 meals for 6 kids and knew right away I did not receive all my drinks. I let the drive through worker know and she rudely said "I gave you everything, now go!" I calmly stated I ordered 6 meals, this is only 4 drinks. She said JUST GO! I GAVE YOU EVERYTHING. She proceeds to demand and try to rush me WHAT ARE YOU MISSING, IF YOU ARE MISSING SOMETHING WHAT IS IT???! I said, I just ordered for 6 people as I was trying to look over the faded receipt and not remembering every single drink I had ordered, she then tells me I'm a Karen. "You're just being a Karen!" I asked for a manager, and she brings him over and tells him I'm being rude. I was never once rude, I'm the customer just asking for the items I'm missing. He hands me the two drinks I was missing that were sitting there and apologizes. I have NEVER in my life has to ask for a manager. Do not visit this McDonalds if you want to be cussed out for THEM not getting your order...

This McDonald's in Verona is unfriendly, unhelpful, and rude. I went through the drive-through at about 6 pm. The screen, at the drive-through, was not functioning. The person taking the order did not greet me in a friendly manner. The order was for "grilled" chicken Southwest salad, which was printed on the salad label and receipt, but I was given "crispy" chicken on it. I called and spoke to a manager, but she was not the general manager. She wanted me to drive back to get a new salad or refund, refusing to do any kind of gift certificate or refund over the phone, saying I had to come "in person," but I really didn't want to drive another 20 minutes out of my way to do this. Read moreService has plummeted off a cliff. The last two times I visited have been awful in their own way. Today I ordered my food and noticed it was entered incorrectly(order #310). I told the cashier who assured me it would be correct. I then asked the person preparing the food to please make sure it was correct. I got home and it was wrong. My fault for not checking but still. The time before that there were employees standing around off the clock, I know this because management asked them when they started. After the manager walked away me and my 9 year old learned some colorful new words. Obvious that nobody really cares. I poured 3 different sodas before I got one that actually had syrup in it. When I brought this up the employee admitted they were bad after tasting and then walked away to do something else, but never fixed the soda. I could go on but I really dont think anyone at this...
