BUG IN MY FOOD. Terrible management skills(JESSICA). I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe meal w/ an orange juice in the drive thru - I received a regular chicken sandwich w/ American cheese accompanied with soggy fries. I immediately brought it into the store and requested what I had ordered and for the fries to be remade - they gave me my order and I asked for a cup of ice for my OJ. As soon as I get back to the car I notice it’s the same fries, but I didn’t go back in because I got my sandwich this time. My sandwich is soggy because they put extra tomatoes (for whatever reason possessed them to do so) I get about halfway when I bit and had a crunch with a funky taste that lead me to look at it closer- there was two bugs in my food. Both dead, one in the meat and one on the lettuce.
I went back in there holding the sandwich so they can see it clearly- I was asked as I entered “is there anything else wrong with your order?” as if they already knew. I wanted to handle it as privately as they wanted so I showed the other worker and he said immediately “oh that’s a bug, let me get my manager” the manager JESSICA comes back and has a snarky attitude “sooo what ? You want us to remake it or something?” I let her know I want my refund- I don’t want to eat anything else from here. She walks away w/o a word- I waited and she finally said to come to the register and tap my card- I tapped and she handed me the receipt for 7.38 I told her I paid $12.70 for my meal- she said “ I won’t refund your meal until I have your whole meal” so I said “I’m not trying to get a free meal you guys gave me a side of bugs I don’t want anything from here but one second” I brought her all of her food and she only refunded me 3.50 which came out to 10.88.
When I let her know that’s not what I paid she said “what’d you get a lemonade or something ?” I said “an orange juice it’s right there in your hands”- she does the math of the two receipts to double check I’m not lying- then she goes ahead and refunds me the remainder 1.87 making this 3 separate times I have to tap my card. I don’t understand why I was treated as if I was trying to make a cash grab when I was given literal...
Read moreNot bad, friendly employees, excellent customer service. No line inside while a huge line in the drive thru. Update 7.2023: Thought we'd give them another try. A friend told us about their seasonal peach shake and said he was hooked (although the one he had was in Tennessee). The line inside was long but moved quickly. Our food was ready pretty fast, but we had to wait for our peach shakes. We waited kinda long and finally had to ask since our hot food was now getting cold, only to discover that they were ready and just sitting there. When we asked why they were just sitting there, he said he didn't know. They had a sticker with my name and the description of the shirt I was wearing.🤔 The peach shake was ok. There were chunks of peaches that kept getting stuck in the straw and the bites that made it through had to be chewed. Blending it longer would have made it more enjoyable. Good peachy flavor though. I had the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and Mac and cheese. The sandwich comes dry, so if you want mayo or sauce, you have to ask for it and put it on yourself. My lettuce had a slimy blackish piece, obviously not just wilted from the hot piece of chicken. The pickles and tomatoes were not crisp, so one bite makes the whole thing slide out. The flavor was ok. Not at all spicy. There was no wow factor. I think the Mac and cheese was my favorite part. It stayed warm until we got home. It was baked with toasty brown spots of cheese that were delicious. It had the right amount of sauciness. Definitely not too dry or wet. My husband had the regular deluxe chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a peach shake. He had the same experience with the sandwich and shake. The fries were not crispy. Maybe they need to be eaten right away?🤔 We spent a little over $30 for this meal, which is pricey to me. They offer a combo, which I think includes only fries and a soda, but ask you what side do you want. They don't tell you there is an upcharge for anything other than the fries. I expected the shake would be more, but not the sides. Overall, I think it will be a little while before we go again. Maybe I'll just go if I get a hankering for the Mac...
Read moreThis has had to be one of my worst experiences for Chick-fil-A located h in Victorville, CA! First of all it was Friday night on October 1, 2021 at 8:23 pm and I walk into the restaurant-fast food, to place my order which the line is at the door, and only one person is assisting people in placing their orders! Then when I get to the order taker- I am advised that I can only pay with a card when I want to pay cash, so I have to then wait for Benjamin to take my order, which he had a very bad attitude which did not help the matter after being told I would have to use a card or again wait! NOT good customer service, whatsoever! Then I have to re-explain my order of the Grilled Chicken wrap with 2 of the Avocado lime sauce in addition to an 8 count of nuggets, which were the bottom of the barrel, and didn't even appear to be 8 nuggets in the box (see Pics)! So I did not want a drink, because they had nothing I wanted for a drink, plus I don't eat french fries either! So I get back to my hotel room, and start to eat the wrap that is only about 5 inches long! Then the tortilla or whatever is used to wrap the ingredients, is dry and stale tasting, however I was so hungry I wasn't about to take it back an complain and wait an ungodly amount of time, again! Then I open the 8 count of nuggets, what a joke that was! This is what I find (see pic) and I paid $4.55 for THAT!!! Then the Grilled Chicken wrap was $7.45! I was so insulted by this very sad meal! Will not go to this Chick-fil-A ever again especially in comparison to the one down in Norco that had way better customer service and food! No rude arrogant employees behaving like I am infringing upon THEIR TIME! Uh remember this, without customers YOU don't have a job!!! Remember this, BAD reviews hurt way more...
