Del Taco — Restaurant in Victorville

Once again Jill and the cooks on the night crew made the most absolutely amazing food!!!! Exactly what we ordered customized exactly the right way. Meaning when a customer asks for extra green sauce light cheese extra cheese grilled etc. They get exactly that and piping hot and amazing! Extra crispy fries.. not fries that just came out of the Frozen bag and then left in for a little longer so they're hot when you get them and extra hot and sizzling fluffed up still barely almost frozen fries like actual well done extra crispy fries! Always every time with this crew no matter what burritos tacos everything exactly how they're ordered piping melting melted cheese hot! Always an amazing experience. It is definitely a hit or miss during the week depending on who happens to be working most of the crews give you a burrito in a limbo between what they're afraid to do what they think they're allowed to do and what they think you're saying because they haven't got to a point where they can engage and do their job at the same time. So once again night crew at this location is always amazing saying that because I will go to a different location during the day or not get del taco period and avoid this restaurant unless it is a weekend night or a night that I know the crew working right...

Ordered a green bean and cheese burrito and 3 Del taco Tuesday tacos. Was asked if I wanted any hot sauce, requested a side of the green sauce since I ordered a green burrito. I was told it would be $0.26 for a side of green sauce. So you're telling me if I request extra green sauce in my burrito, it's no charge, but to get a side of it, I have to pay? Wow!! The food wasn't even good. The beans were not salted, or they used very little salt...gross. I go to eat a taco, and there is a smear of meat, a sprinkle of cheese, and 90% lettuce. I opened all the others and the same thing with the other two tacos. I get they are cheaper because of the special butnin reality they cost more because they were all lettuce. To top it off the girl at the window was not very pleasant. I used to go about once a week to once a month. I'm done with the quality of food I get for the money I spend and getting nickel and dimed. I'm going to spend my money elsewhere....

I arrived at this location at 11am 08/26/23. I was not greeted, Customer service was very rude and disrespectful. As a yung lady with pink hair was taking my order two of your cook's greeted customer behind me started taking his order. Witch confused the young lady who apeired to be a new employee. I'm here in line first how is it that this regular my first impression gets to be helped befor me. I feel discriminated agenst, I'm not pleased with your manegment on shift or the cook's on duty. I refused to complete my order of $50 dollar's as I was leaving your cook's,manegment laughs. I will be reporting this location to corporate. I advise anyone who visits this location to be mindful. That this location is only Confederate and respectful to their regular. Think about what you might be eating if staffing has nasty attitude, think about what your food might taste like. Thumbs...
