Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que (To Go Only) — Restaurant in Victorville

Decided to try the famous Dave's here in Victorville after reading some of the horrible reviews. I was quite impressed and the food was delicious. The ribs were smoked to the bone, no difference from what I get way in another town miles away at Famouse Dave's. I've been hoping we get one here in the high desert for quite a long time, because Dickey's just doesn't cut it for me. I usually drive all the way to Cucamonga to go to Famous Dave's at least twice a month, but to know there is one in my town puts a big smile on my face and I hope it stays 😀. Customer service was very polite and helpful. Those that gave bad reviews and complaints, I say chill out, that's part of the reason no one wants to invest in a business here in Victorville. If I could give a ZERO that's what they deserve! They ALL need to be retrained. They serve your beverage touching their dirty hands on the rim of the glass. Serve uncooked food and undercooked food that is not up to the proper temperature. Dirty dishes. Food is still on the silverware and on plates that you have to send back. He has the bus boy walking around eating in front of everyone. The manager Aaron treats a business like it's a social club. Don't care about the customers and just act too friendly with the employees as if it's okay. No type of management skills. I do not recommend this place if you don't want to end up with food...

Horrible experience. This is NOT a restaurant, which I would think would be something they would immediately tell you when you call. No one told me over the phone that I could not dine in. I was only told their address, and once I questioned their location they informed me they were located inside of Johhny Corino's. Terrible, terrible experience. We were told we could eat Famous Dave's inside Johnny Corino's. After waiting over an hour for our food the manager of Johnny Corino's acted as if we were criminals for eating Famous Dave's in his restaurant. Please, take my advice and don't order...
