Shakey's Pizza Parlor — Restaurant in Victorville

I took my family to this resturant on June 2, 2025 I had a Large combo and added wings and another pizza. I went there because my granddauhter graduated high school ( this wasn't her graduation party it was just dinner. everything was okay we had some family and a big order so the food got delivered and passed out I realised the wings were not coted with any flavor. I asked the worker there if they can make them the way I order and I was just going to order another one, but she called the manager and the first thing he said was I can put the buffalo sauce on the remaing three pieces but not make another order. He said he could if I give him back the rest of the wings that were on the kids plates. Then after taking to my son noting he know who he was ( a manager from another store ) he came back with a card that would give me a free order of wings on the next visit. It was a awful experance because I had family and kids there. I just started going there and wont be back. terrible...

I haven't been to this place in years but for some reason had a craving for those potatoes so I ordered a combo with chicken and potatoes which was outrageously priced and I got it to go which was a big mistake. It was so greasy that it was dripping and the food had such a horrible taste because the oil was old and burnt and that's all you could taste was rancid oil. I don't live anywhere near that location so by the time I came to the conclusion it was inedible it was too late to go back but basically unless you go for that lunch deal or they're turning over the food at a fast pace and you want pizza and salad don't do it you can get twice the amount of chicken from your local grocery store with their potato wedges which are going to taste way better and for sure be a lot fresher. Also the length of time I had to wait to get the gross food was completely not worth it the only reason there's a one is because it was at least warm when it was given to me. Not...

When we first arrived, we (Just my wife and I) had to wait until the cashier was finishing up cleaning the countertop (That was not dirty) near the register (About 15 minutes) while there was no one in line except us. We asked the cashier when is the Buffet ending and she said "In 10 minutes and then we will remove it" After she took our order, we waited for our order 30 minutes, by that time, the buffet was announced that they (Shakey's) was getting ready to remove the Buffet. About 10 minutes later, we received our food. the Chicken was Hot and what I expected but the Pizza was bland and dry (Like you eating a peace of dry bread with cheese and pepperoni on). You could taste any sauce, when inpur many past Shankey's experiences has been the one thing Shakey's my family favorite pizza. You could not taste any seasoning of any kind. we was very disappointed. we were even more disappointed that we paid $33.00 for that pizza and 4 peaces of children...
