Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Vidalia

I purchased wings and a pizza last night. This was at the Vidalia, GA 30445. When I got home I noticed that the wings were burnt and the middle of the pizza was not cooked all the way. Still had wet dough. The wings were dried out due to being cooked so long. I drove 16 miles one way to only be disappointed when i returned home . Tried calling them but get no answer. I will send picture of wings. Have had positive experiences here too but this has turned me away. No response on any social media platforms. Sent messages same day as purchase. 12/29/22 order confirmation number is #210.

The pizza was fabulous however the restaurant is a different story. An employee brings her children to work with her and they are in there everytime we've ever visited. They trash the dining room with trash, spitballs on the walls and pictures and windows, pizza being slung against the walls and I could go on and on. We've complained many times before but nothing is ever done. Our experience tonight was definitely poor service after waiting on our pizza for over an hour and it was ordered by phone. We have pictures to back up this complaint if anyone is interested. I've visited other Marcos locations due to us loving their pizza and we have never seen such as we do in our local Marcos. Shame on...

They never have my pizza/food done on time, its always an extra 10 minute wait round about. I understand they get a lot of orders, and end up swamped their staff that makes the pizza only go one speed from what I have seen so just looking at their pace you wouldn't know they was behind. The pizza is good I just dont ever have the time to wait, especially when I ordered in advance. This is the result of multiple trips not just one. In conclusion if you have time to wait and want good pizza Marco's is your place, but if you have a schedule you have to stick too, I don't even recommend ordering in advance. 3 stars because my time is very...
