Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Vidalia

(THIS TOOK PLACE THE WEEK OF 10/07/2024. My family & i just finished working and wanted to share a platter. Our lights still weren't on from Hurricane Helene. I cannot continue on feedback.zaxbyslistens.com, exact time & date. I worked at ZAXBYS 20 years ago and the service has definitely changed. Just two weeks before this there was an issue of me asking for a fork that wasn't in my bag👉🏿A FORK! Ask the supervisor about a woman calling because someone got an attitude because I wanted a fork, smh) WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU TO WHOMEVER SAID👉🏿 "NO" FIRMLY @ VIDALIA GA ZAXBYS! WHEN I ASKED IF I COULD GET "THE CHICKEN FINGER PLATTER" MADE FRESH. I STATED I WOULD WAIT! QUICKLY THERE WAS A FIRM, NO!!! THANK YOU FOR TELLING THE TRUTH. KNOWING YOU WEREN'T GOING TO GO OUT YOUR WAY TO DO YOUR JOB FOR ANY CUSTOMER. THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME & MY FAMILY KNOW YOU WERE GOING TO SERVE US THE OLD FOOD YOU'VE BEEN HOLDING ONTO SINCE LUNCH(2:50pm when order was placed). Love love love everything, there's entertainment, many flavor choices for drinks, I never seen that many and those kinds of drink flavors in a restaurant in the fountain machine ever... I love it! I didn't have to say one thing though but don't let this ruin your choice to go here, but their fries and chicken tenders have too much seasoning salt on them and it ruins the flavor of the french fry and chicken, which I love chicken so I hate it when they ruined it with way too much seasoning salt, and one more thing one of the employees was chatting with his guy friends not sweeping the lobby or wiping down tables or checking on the customers like he was supposed to. Anyways other than those 2 things the place was awesome, the lighting the seats, TV and music, food and drinks. Oh and I love their high chairs just need to clean them up a bit and sanitize them after...

Zaxby's is by far one of the best places in town to get food! I'm extremely happy that a can still place my order with a human being! It just seems so much more inviting. I get so tired of having to use those self service kiosks that seem to be so popular at other restaurants. I also enjoy knowing that the establishment cares about cleanliness and food safety. Not only do they have multiple managers on site that are servsafe certified, but they also have an A rating! Until a few years ago Id never tried Zaxbys, but now there's no going back.
