Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Vienna

The line was decenly long yesterday 2-1-25 so we decided to walk around a bit. Came back to absolutely no one in line. Waited for maybe 5 mins, another lady got in line behind us and the little girl jumped to take her order before ours. We were clearly standing there at the register waiting to have our order taken but you take the lady who had just gotten in lines order before ours? I made eye contact with a young man who obviously saw we had been standing there waiting. I looked at the cashier who had then looked at me at the same time. I said "well i guess i didnt want a pretzel that bad if ur going to take other orders before ours when we were standing here" then walked away. How irritating/disappeating.
