Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Vienna

I arrived today to this location to enjoy myself Popeye's of WV. I have enjoyed Popeye's in the south and since they are very popular restaurant in the south and really do know their southern hospitality and good old fashion cooking. When I arrived the parking lot and outside the Restaurant was very clean and this included the door ways and entrances into the restaur0ant, so we are off to a great start here. I then head straight to the bathrooms, because as a GM in the restaurant of 20+ I know that if the restrooms are dirty then the back of the house is even worse. Bathrooms was very clean and was impressive to say the lease, so with that said I am ready to place my order for the dinning room. The staff was very friendly with smiles across the board and ready to serve my manager and myself. The cashier Jasmine was wonderful and engaged to help both of us with our order which again was very pleasing. Well Done!!!! Manager and kitchen team was on point to have our food fresh and ready which again was very pleasing. Overall food quality was great with myself having the 2 piece spicy chicken breast meal and my manager with a wing and fry meal. All the food was cooked to a golden crisp . Overall dinning room was very clean and neat with the southern twist added throughout which was a change from the old KFC. Only complain was a few to many flies in the dinning room which I know is hard to control but lets on that and you have yourself a great restaurant. Placed a fairly large order online and went through the drive thru to pick it up. Pulled over to eat before getting back on the road and noticed they had given me a chicken sandwich instead of fish. Pulled back through the drive thru to simply have it corrected and the cashier, manager and cook literally argued with me and tried to come up with every excuse under the sun as to why I was wrong and that I had received the correct order (I didn’t). They were extremely rude and made me feel very insulted, like I was trying to scam them out of a free sandwich. Look, I’m a 54 year old school teacher and have better things to do than go around trying to scam Popeye’s out of sandwiches. Eventually, they made me new sandwiches, only to find out later that they gave me the wrong thing AGAIN. In addition, my shrimp was hard and rubbery and, since I was already 30 minutes away from the restaurant, I had to throw them away. And if that wasn’t enough, three of my five chicken tenders were literally barely larger than the size of my pinky finger and inedible. I’ve included a photo of two of them with this review. I love Popeye’s but everything about this location: the food, the service and the employees, including the manager, is the absolute worst. I am extremely upset from the experience I just had. I placed an online order at 6:48 before I left work. Got there at 7:05 there was a long line and didn’t get to the speaker till 7:20 to 7:30 around there to be told they didn’t have my online order told them I have it on the app and was told to pull to the window. To which the “manager” was standing there telling me they didn’t have a order for me I told them I have it on the app pulled it up to which she started to grab my phone and I pulled back and then she started to scroll on it to verify the pick up was at the right place. She started to state that someone came through over an hour ago to pick it up. First off the order wasn’t even place an hour ago so how was it picked up. She had no comment and started to say it was my fault and that I needed to replace the order I told her I wanted my food and that it wasn’t my fault and that I am not paying again. She then started to scream at me to the point that I was crying to. I told her she didn’t need to be rude to me and then she stated that I am now trespassed from the Popeyes and to never return. I just wanted my chicken tenders or a refund. They would not give me a refund or any number to contact to get a refund or to contact someone to complain about this “managers” customer service and screaming at me.
