Been here a few times before food good not amazing but good, today I got all my orange chicken, dry crunchy, the noodles were 50% cabbage. When I was placing the order the original girl that was helping me, telling me how she graduated and heading to UCF, then Star comes around questioning my order to her and turning to me while we were talking l repeated again and finished my conversation with her, apparently Star has autism, (later learned) but she comes off as rude and short tempered with her co-workers, Star was the one that loaded my containers, the original girl just put the stickers on my containers. All the food is cold and dry. I called a man answered, I explained to him how annoyed I was with waiting for my old food and why was their employee Star rude to her co worker in front of me. He said star has autism and hanged up, nothing about the food again, no answer. Used another phone he answered l asked for management, he said he’s management and hung up again. So l called corporate. They are refunding the amount in a gift card, but l will never go to their location again. Listen, it’s great for all companies big and small to hire people of different abilities, but she just seemed short. The guy that answered and pretended to be management, dude grow up, this is business. I’m a customer, your food sucked and you couldn’t admit to it so you acted like a princess hanging up the phone on a Friday evening. I hope corporate sets up better training seminars for your location on customer service skills for...
Read moreManagement seems to be the issue. As I order pick up to be ready at 6:25. When I arrived there was about 6 people waiting also for to go. The manger was actually the one making the to go orders as he made 2 small orders in the 30 minutes I was there before I gave up waiting. And the 2 weren’t even for anyone waiting probably people that also just left. Customers were coming in ordering from the line getting their food, sitting down and eating while I’m just waiting there. At points the line was empty I asked if I could cancel my order and just order right here I was told no. As I’m watching the employees running around like chickens with her head cut off. No direction no teamwork no chance to run the store how it should be ran. After 30 minutes I asked for a refund the manger came over printed off a piece of paper from the receipt machine. Asked for my confirmation number wrote it down and told me he will get to my return later. As I laughed and said, you can’t even make my order you want me to leave and think you are going to do my return later. You can do it now. I got not one apology from the manager, not a thing. I left got food elsewhere before I got a text 50 Minutes after my pick up time my food is ready. What a joke for food that is already prepared you’re just putting...
Read moreDear Panda Express Management,
I am writing to express my concern about an uncomfortable and inappropriate experience I had during my recent visit to your restaurant. I am a frequent customer and have always appreciated the service and food at your establishment, but this situation left me feeling very unsettled. While I was dining, I was approached by one of the staff members who asked for my phone number on behalf of another employee who was apparently interested in me. I want to emphasize that I am a married woman and was simply there to enjoy my meal. This approach was unsolicited, unprofessional, and made me feel deeply uncomfortable and exposed in a public setting. While the request may not have been aggressive, being approached this way by an employee during their shift — in what should be a safe and neutral space for customers — felt inappropriate and bordering on harassment. It is never acceptable for employees to use their position to engage with customers in a personal or suggestive manner. I am bringing this to your attention not with hostility, but with the sincere hope that proper guidelines regarding professionalism and respectful conduct will be reinforced. Every customer deserves to feel safe and respected in...
