Wahlburgers — Restaurant in Viera

This one's a long one. I first tried waglburgers when you guys opened in downtown Orlando. My dad took me to the grand opening and we waited outside for hours, it was so fun there were events etc. I was about 11 or 12 was like 2015/2016. Was a very hard time in my life following , and wahlburgers became my dad and i's treat spot. When it closed in 2020 I was so sad as we hadn't been in a few years. We always talked about it though. Flash forward to now, I'm 21 living almost an hour away from my 55 year old dad with skin cancer. The day I saw you guys opened a truck I sent him a picture , this past Sunday he took the drive over and we had wahlburgers together for the first time in almost 10 years! We also got to bring my boyfriend for his first time. Service was amazing and friendly. The food? Amazing. Burger was cooked perfectly with the perfect amount of perfectly melted cheese. Im the pickiest eater ever , and wahl sauce is the only secret sauce I have ever liked. So glad to have yall...

We were really excited about trying this place out. The employees were very kind and friendly but honestly the rest of it is not worth the hassle. We ordered over the phone when I got there only 2 people were in front of me, still had to wait a good 30 minutes to get the food. I spent $55 on 2 burgers that were almost raw and no flavor whatsoever very disappointing and a chicken sandwich that was also very bland. Ive worked with food before and food safety is a big deal for me, as im waiting i see a man inside the truck licking his hand and the wiping them off with a paper towel then proceeded to grab a box where a burger was placed in. This is just unacceptable specially when he knew people were looking at him we could see everything going on inside the truck just very disorganized. I’ll start by saying Your customer service is phenomenal. Everybody that works there upbeat happy smiling just seems like a very good group of people and the quality and taste of their food reflects that absolutely a phenomenal burger. I got the hour burger my dad got the smash And we absolutely loved it probably one of the better burgers we’ve had in a very long time. The prices are are good for what you get so if you’re looking for a really good cheeseburger, I’m gonna tell you to head on over to Wahlburgers food truck in the parking lot of the Home Depot to get you a phenomenal cheeseburger now everybody says, but they’re different so to me, it’s phenomenal you might not be but Try it anyway you got nothing to lose and I promise you won’t be...
